[Resolved] KSRTC Ticket Booking — amount taken for failed booking due to timeout

i have booked the ticket for Bangalore to prune on 29.01.11 ,during booking timed out ,the details are in failed booking history,but amount is transferred from my account ,i noted down the OB REFERENCE NUMBER,The number is OB3232249 amount is 926.and again I booked the ticket for my friend from my account and here with i am attaching bank details also.
