I'm a resident of 1665/7, Kurukshetra and my customer Id No is K-15262. I want to bring to your kind notice that Mr Gulaab, who delivers the gas cylinder at our residence demands an extra charge of Rs 10/- for the home service in addition to the net amount charged per cylinder as per Indane Gas Agency rules as reflected on the Refill Voucher.
This kind of illegal begging is going on since many months and everytime whenever i decline his request he makes an attempt to gain sympathy by saying "Everywhere poor people suffer and nobody gives anything to a poor".
I had tried to contact the Manager of Kurukshetra Enterprises but was told my the customer care person attending the call that he is not availbale.
Though the matter seems to be trivial but actually it has to be handled very seriously for the following reasons-
1. Mr Gulaab must be taking his service charges from Kurukshetra Gas Enterprises for home services.
2. He delivers the Cylinders on a tempoo and must be getting fuel compenation also from Kurukshetra Gas Enterprises.
3. He must be demanding Rs 10/- from every household as has been reflected by his present and past behaviour and making a lot of money by default.
4. I'm sure that Kurukshetra Enterprises must have recieved similar complaints earlier also about Mr Gulaab or other such employees but nothing concrete has been done so far. So both the Employer (Manager, Kurukshetra Enterprises) and the employee (Mr Gulaab) is accountable for this illegal demand amounting to corruption.
I hope remedial measures would be taken in this regard as soon as possible.
