in my gas connection my name is supinder kumar and all the documents are also in the name of supinder kumar but when the gas agency's employees enter it in their record for computirization they add my name wrongly as surinder kumar in their records which is a clerical mistake. But they are not giving me gas cylender from oct.2014. as they are demanding the bill copy that is issued to me on the time of issue the connection i.e in 2000 but...

I want to bring to your kind notice that Mr Gulaab, who delivers the gas cylinder at our residence demands an extra charge of Rs 10/- for the home service in addition to the net amount charged per cylinder as per Indane Gas Agency rules as reflected on the Refill Voucher.
