[Resolved]  KVR — Premium amount for swift diesel

I booked a swift diesel in kvr maruti dealership on 04-12-08, i booked for my daughters marriage function. function was on 11th jan-09.
when i enquired regarding delivery of vehicle in first week of january their sales man is asking for Rs.15, 000 premium.when i resisted to give premium they told the vehicle is not yet reached, i have to wait for one more month, i cancelled the booking and took getz hyundai from TBG
what attitude is this, i heared this premium collection was there earlier when tata indica was launched.

i read a similar complaint against kvr, they will do that irresponsible dealer

I am Sreenath and writing here after getting frustrated from KVR Cars (Maruti dealer). I had booked Maruti 800 Due version (Icy Blue Color) on 13/09/2008 through KVR Cars, Anangur, Vidhya Nagar, Kasaragod. At the time of booking, Maruti had a 12, 000/- discount offer in Kerala (Onam festival offer), the same has been promised by the agency. But the time of car delivery they informed us that, they cannot give the complete 12, 000/- discount because now maruti has reduced the discount to 8, 000/-. For the same the claim that because of delay in vehicle delivery they cannot proceed with previous offer, they can give only the new offer. Finally they come up with an alternate solution as instead of 12, 000/- discount they will provided 8, 000/- plus 4, 000/- worth accessories. We agreed for the same. But finally when the car delivered to us KVR Cars didn't fix the promised or shown (selected accessories) in cars and they took one extra day for the delivery.

It’s very unfortunate that Maruti being the largest trusted car manufacturer in India but its agencies provides such a bad support to customers
I have a maruti 800, 2001 model, Last day i given my vehicle for doing some complaint works regarding winder problam and aome sound

so they done a general check up tunning and complaint work, At the time of taking the vehicle not get starting battery weak, what are the complaint i told them to correct is still there, and also advisor said the reason for vibration is due to the engine weak

so i am asking you that my vehicle is covered just 59000 km and have to rebuilt the engine that i happend to know from a maruthi dealer K V R Perunthalmanna, I lost thrust in maruthi vehicle if i know its engine life is 59000 or 6 years i will never purchise above vehicle, good customer care keep it up
owned a zen car model 2003, couple of weeks before i had given the car to the kvr maruti tirurkad for a general check up. The boy told me the car have not good enough pulling. he told me that aproximate amount for fixing the car about 3500 rupees.after two hours he call me and told that piston was problem and need 3 days to fix.But i got the car only after 7 days.But very unfortunate to say the car rising too much .i again send back and returned next day. they told me care about 2000 kms. after 2000 kms i went to Ooty via nadukani.But on the way there is hard noise from the car.I stoped the car and return to the kvr they again take 3 days to fix.Again i am started to Ooty and the condition was same. And my bill amount so far in KVR was more than 10000 rupees!!!.

KVR — steering complaint

I bought a shift dizire car on september 5 ,2009. i send the car for service after 36000 km...they told steering box damage and asked to change it that rate is Rs.25000..for steering box i bought this car ( 1.half) years only , i have warranty to this parts . but i went to kvr they told not give warrenty
