[Resolved]  Kwality — full of atta in oats

I bought 1 kg of Kwality oats in the regular provision store. I used to buy Lion oats and this time I bought oats of Kwality's. It was full of wheat flour. If the Company do not know the technology, it should not compete with the good companies and offer the products like this. When the said oats were mixed with boiled milk, a good paste was prepared which was like halva.
What is the justice for me
