L.I.C.of INDIA — transfer of my policy

i have already sent one complaint regarding tr.of my police.no[protected] &81809003 to ujjain br. from shajapur br. aglongwith full details of loan of policy.no.[protected].and i ask you why you did not sent any reminder within 9 to years about loan of my policy no.[protected].and till date nobudy take any action and not gie any reply or responce.pl. take necessary action and advice me.thanks
