L & T - ECC DIVISION — Fraudulent sale of excess land & lack of amenities as promised

Going by the reputation of L & T ( Larsen & Toubro) which is an Indian respected MNC, we purchased a Flat here in 2002. The flat was promptly constructed, delivered and registered also. The extent of area of the L & T Southcity Housing complex as mentioned in the Sale agreement as well as Sale deed is 34 Acres. A wide road and a beautiful park was also included in the complex. Now it appears that the original owner Dinesh Ranka had relinquished nearly 12 acres to BDA in 1996, which fact was hidden from all the buyers. Recently BDA,BBMP have come and demolished the front compound, security gate, throwing open the road to public. They have confiscated the park also. All this was done when there are court retsraint order agaist such action. They have violated many rules regarding the Rain water harvesting,, STP , additional clubhouse etc. Now they are also down to high handed techniques like not recognising our democratically elected association and refusing to come for any negotiations. 1800 owners of Southcity housing complex are being taken for a costly ride.
