Going by the reputation of L & T ( Larsen & Toubro) which is an Indian respected MNC, we purchased a Flat here in 2002. The flat was promptly constructed, delivered and registered also. The extent of area of the L & T Southcity Housing complex as mentioned in the Sale agreement as well as Sale deed is 34 Acres. A wide road and a beautiful park was also included in the complex.
