Hi All in chennai No.68 7th street venkateshwara nagar Kottivakkam One man is ruuning a hostel without registering it .It is violating the government rules.because he is getting all the income without paying any tax.So all the facilties current,gas,water everything they are paying money as a individual home.he is not paying commericial charge for all the things current,gas,water.He is cheating the government.he is having two more branches for his hostel in thiruvanmiyur
