Land line — BILLING PROBLEM

dear sir,


all ways we take the good product hope best qulity and best service , for the same mind set i remove the mtns phone and taken the air tel since this is the good serive provider in the country but for the last three month keeping to sending the request to short out my problem no.persons in the compay to short out the my problem and finaly they cut the my landline out going .

the said landline i am keeping at my home more than last five year,s and my bill gernaley come 1600 to 2000 but in the month of may i request to the air tel that i am intersted for the vifi and iftv and there sales them aproch me and.they filup the farm and taken form me 1750 cheque and promies me to fix the same with in one or two day but this not happiend on time as they said than i aproch the customer care they said that there is some problem it will take some more time after waiting some time one day there team come and cut the my old no and put the new line i object why you doing so when i have a old no and i not request the new no. they said that we have interction for the same.

after all the apisod i find that for the achiving tergent they doing like that now i have no option a again contact to there office thay said now you have to pay again 1750 for the same work and if you want fast you have to pay cash for that i paid cash becasue i need the phone at my home there is no option for me when i ask for my cheque amt they said they give me refund that i received after two month back.

now the problem start when i received a sms that my billng amt 17061 RS for a month i aproch the call center and chk the facts and ask wht is the problem they accept the same and they will send me the correct bill but after keeping in tuch to there call center with the asuring that thay going to do the same but still there is no action taken for the same but they saying that fast pay the same amt than they correct the bill and give me refund sir how can this is posible to pay this amt me when there is no fult form my side and if the compay doing like this wht is the LAW FULL ACTION we can take in this regerd

i taken a plan for the 999 and in this there is a facility i can do the 2000 call free and for the same they charge 300 and some charges for the vifi and iftv because i not received the bill there is no clerty abut the billing wht they charging for the same when continusley i am askin the paper bill and any letter from there side that mention to me there is this much amt is pending in my side when i asking that please sand me in writing my bill and any problem with me.

so this is you kind requested please help me and ask them send me my bill copy my aplication copy for the connection i applied and short it out my problem and open my outgoing call as soon as posible this mentely heresment for me from last three months
