[Resolved]  Lander Management — No accomadation given for last 5 years/Fraud company

Lander Management — Accomodation not provided for 5 years/False promises/No Refund/Cheating for Rs.23,000

Hon'ble Consumer Court,

I request to take some action against Lander Management and arrange to get the refund and Punish them forever.

We were cheated by a company by the name Lander Management and their Modus Operandi in Chennai. Unfortunately we fell for their false promises and Paid of Rs.23000 by 2004, which, at the time of the presentation was supposedly refundable. We are told in the document for 2 days /2 nights for 6 years. We have a agreement signed in Stamp paper signed by both the Party, Let me know if you need the scanned copy of the same as proof to take action against this Lander Management.
Every year I tried to book the Accomodation in tourist locations like Ooty /Kodaikanal/Munar/Agra/Bangalore/Mysore, however all went in vain. They are keep saying that all the places got booked for 2 months whenever I am contacting them over Phone. It is unfortunate that my hard earned money eaten by this company and came to know many people got cheated by the same team for many years. They told us in the agreement that we can transfer/gift/selling this holiday package to anyone whoever we nominated if we are not able to utilise for that particular Year.

I have paid this money by through my Credit card and leaded to lot of interests paid for this to the Bank.

I always speak to Mr Deepak who is saying as Manager of Lander Management . But no response in email ID:[protected]@hotmail.com or no response over Phone also. I dont find time to visit directly to their office in TTK Road, Alwarpet Chennai.


Though It was a late to inform about this culprits to the Consumer Court, I am going to file a case against them in The Commissioner of Police, Chennai to get our Money refunded through the Judgement or Punish this Company to stop their operations to cheat further more people in India.

For People in India, Beware of such Holidaying Company especially Lander Management with their presentation by having a Female Marketting people in the Star Hotel. Please dont get cheated by anyone or Dont pay any money in advance for this type of service Operators.

They are real cutthroad cheats. I was also cheated to the tune of Rs.33000/-. Same approach was made the very next year of enrolment as member of Lander Management by the same cheaters with some other name. I was called and informed that my name is selected out of so many mobile numbers and was asked to attend a presentation. When I asked whether it was Lander Management, I was informed that the company name is changed. Better that all the victims join and fight against the 420s.

Lander Management — Fraudulent service

Dear All,
In 2008, i was cheated by this Lander management. They didn't even give time to think and forced to take this membership saying te offer is only for today and so on. I got this membership for 80, 000. I have never used this membership. and now they are asking me to pay 24, 000 as annual maintenance for 3years. I would request all you guys to join together and we can file a case against this Lander management.
