[Resolved]  Landline — Tampered Landline connection

This is regarding the tampered telephone line in our location:

Sembarathi Street, Poompozhil Nagar, Avadi, Chennai – 62



Our phone lines are disconnected for more than a month now and we had contacted the concerned bsnl dept, still no action is taken. I would like to escalate this to your higher official as it is a major concern. Not able to contact in case o[censored]rgency, this is not the way public has to get affected because of the carelessness of some govt employees.



We are aware of the web links/contact through which we can directly report this higher official but hope so you will help us to find a solution. Please try to understand our problem too without the landline for more than a month. This issue happened because of the drainage project that is going on in Chennai.
