The landline number[protected] is dead from last three months.

I had booked complaint twice on your landline complaint number[protected].

This is third time, I am booking the complaint for repairs.

I am paying the bill of dead line from last three months.

Hope this will do the needful at the earliest....

on dated[protected],we booked the new connection in b.s.n.l ,patiala,punjab but they ignored to book our new connection and telephone pole is just adjoining to our gate but till date no person come to attend for new telephone since day of booking the phone the behaviour of staff was not good so kindly do as early as possible and check your staff behaviour

Had shifted to H33/3 Shankar Vihar on 10 June 09 from Dwarka, Phone was shifted promptly but the broad band took over 2 weeks to get activated. STD/ISD facility not available till date . Have been requesting the concerned staff but to no joy, I am told a code is required but unfortunately the same has not been provided till date.My present no is 26144274. Yes I have promptly been provided with the bills for shifting and the monthly bill....

I have been receiving commercial calls of different companies and even calls having no name and no telephone number. If I ask the person making the call to me what is his number then they use to say that they have no company number. It shows that such companies are working without any rules and regulations of statutory law applicable....

While submitting payment becoz it was late, counter personel obliged by taking the cheque + bill for the month of March 2008.
