Landmark Group — recovery of my investment

I am another victim of Landmark Group's fraud. I have a booking at their Landmark Cyberpark at sector-67. After the booking, their customer service turns dismal when you inquire about the status of the project. Only person they will allow you to talk is their accountant who just knows about money to be paid. If you enquire about status of the project, he gets rude telling you that its not his job.

They are constructing a small portion of the building and already demanded more than 60% of the money from me. At the time of booking, I was promised that builder buyer MOU will be signed after 40% of the payment. I have paid more than 50% of the money and they are not even bothered to respond to my query about MOU, instead they send me another demand letter to pay them more. I am really worried about fate of my hard earned money. I have personally visited their office at Vipul Plaza in DLF Phase-4 in vain. They have never allowed me to meet any authorized person let alone clearning my apprehensions.

I had invested Rs.35.65 Lacs in 2007 with Landmark Builders, Gurgaon for Shops in their project “Landmark the Mall” in Sector 66, Gurgaon. The builder & broker promised us in written they will give the possession of that shops in December – 2010. The Builder had not constructed the same even they had not start their construction yet & refuses to refund my hard earned money without any valid reasons. For the last two years, I am running from here & there, to all administrative state levels without any results. The builder says that he is not going to refund & do what ever i can . The builder has political lineage – he is related to someone belonging to the ruling party. I sold my house to pay installments here. My husband is also got mental shock from this fraud with us. This investment was our whole life investment.
Pls register case against the fraud builder & help me to get back my hard earned money.

Anyone invetsing with Landmark, be very very careful.

For Landmark Residency project, they have taken payments - but still do not have all the clearences. They are harrassing customers for payemnts, even thiugh they had promised to make allotments in Feb 2011, which have not been done till date. There is no clarity when it will be done either. The company is non-commital on it.

Do proper due diligence before going forward with any purchase with Land mark group.

Beware of landmark. They are truly a fraud company, they have practice of endulging in fradulently taking money.

Hi. The Landmark Group has also cheated me. We should all form a group and file a court case against this fraud being conducted openly. I am surprised that after numerous complaints the promoters are still not in jail, and are cheating more people every day.

Yes, the landmark group has cheated me as well. Must to file FIR against the promoters of the company. I have invested huge money in Landmark "the Mall" in 2007 for buying shops and paid full 100% amount. They have stopped paying the assured return since last 2 years. I am another victim of Landmark Group.

I had purchased a business center unit in Landmark Cyberpark in Sec 67, Gurgaon (Haryana) in June-July of 2010.I had purchased this small unit on assured return of 12% for 9 years and I am facing issues on non-receipt of the same since last 2 years now. Had invsted upfront the unit cost of around Rs 15 lacs.

The company does not have professional way of working, no customer service - they do not even give TDS certificate not even provisional and must not be taxes at all. Since last year i.e. from July 2013 onwards the quarterly assured return amount stopped coming and after several attempts company people mentioned there was a financial crunch and the outstanding assured return amount will get adjusted towards pending payment during possession.

The company is delayed by few years on it's delivery/passion and is not letting an investor sell nor is ready to refund the invested amount. I have also sent legal notice but in vain.

Breach of Contract and Harassment of Senior Citizens
Having booked a 500 sq ft area in Landmark Cyberpark and paid close to Rs 21 Lacs upfront, we are now neither receiving the promised assured returns nor has the project been completed and handed over. The Company has never provided a proper Statement of Account and no details regarding disposal of amount deducted as TDS on the assured returns that they have paid. A number of cheques issued by the builder as assured return have bounced. There seems to be no hope of any positive response at this time! Can someone please advice? Is there no regulatory body to monitor these cases? What are the legal options?

Now that a bill has been passed by the NDA govt, why can't we unite and do something about this. If someone can take lead and collect a list of names of people who have been duped by this company for cyber park, we can contribute and take this to next step. Hopefully, we will recover some of our investment or better yet, some other builder can buy this property and complete the project.

LANDMARK GROUP IS A FRAUDSTER GROUP

I had bought home in landmark avenue and the builder charged 6% VAT, now after notification that VAT has to be 1% builder is not refunding the balance amount saying he doesnt have money!!!. What is the status and what they are planning to do ?

Landmark is not giving assured return from 2013.

In 2015, they sent a fraud letter intimating possession in couple of weeks so that they don't need to pay assured return until it is rented.

They didn't gave possession, no unit number is allotted.

Does anyone knows what to do ?

No one is posting anything about landmark.
