On 6th October I ordered items worth rs 6246.9 from Max fashion online they have canceled once they got my payment. They sent me a discount coupon and I thought I will purchase from coupon and ordered again worth rs 1098. Again they took my money and canceled my order. This is fraud alert. I am working through legally. I have never expected from landmark group. I need my refund for both orders AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Very very delay of delivery of products from max online app
My name is SHINRAJ M C, I have ordered 4 baby t shirts through max app on 15.07.2020 as per the order ID no. [protected]. Out of four t shirts one has supplied after some days of placing the order. But the remaining products are not received yet after finishing 40 days from the date of order. On 22.08.2020 I have contacted with max customer care no [protected] and they told me that, this problem will solve with in 24 hours as per the complaint no. 1718037. But nothing happened with in 24 hours and I waited more than 48 hours for your reply and no reply from your side. On 24.08.2020 I again called to your customer care no. [protected], but very irritating reply only came from your customer care executive. And he asked 2 days more for some confirmation. This is very annoying and it will affect the credibility of your company. As per my request he registered a complaint regarding this and the complaint no. 1740658.
This is very bad incident from your company. Even after 40 days you people are not ready to give my product.
Please give me an urgent solution.

damaged product-no return pick up-no refund

Home Centre Management is very poor and incompetent.
1) They delivered me two damaged products out of 3
2) They dint explained me the return & refund process in detail because nobody of them knew
3) I logged the ticket/complain immediately after knowing the issue (Ticket no are :22501, 22502 for damages products, 206282, 206254 for what i really dont know. 206961 for some escalation)
4) Its been 2 weeks and more till now the damaged product is lying on my floor at home and i am not getting any resolution
5) I am constantly every day following up with customer care and only response i get is "Sir, Please give me 1 day". And its been 2 weeks. Your customer care is pathetic.
6) My money is already stuck with you
7) I have no clue when will you pick up the damaged product back
8) When will you refund me back my money
9) Your Store Team is equally useless
10) No one in your group is able to take responsibility of the issue and can explain me why and how can it take more than two weeks to complete any process

We bought a trolley from home center noida dlf mall of india, taking our delivery ourselves and found the trolley was broken. After complaining several times we couldnt reach to any formidabble conclusion. They are moreover asking us to pay more to rectify the defect which is not acceptable as a customer. The spokeperson is not responding us well in the issue.

I started working from 27 of october in lifestyle (Goregaon branch) of mumbai, after a month i received my salary on 15 the december.. After that i left lifestyle on 20th fab with 15 days of notice period as per the company's policy but the last 3 months of salary was eventually goes on hold back to back than i decided to left the lifestyle.. And i left it. Unfortunately i still not get paid after 45 days of fnf.. And supervisor said that i authorized your fnf this week, it mean i have to wait for next 40 days more...
Sir... Just think of it...3 months + 45 daysof fnf + 40 days more (Because of supervisor)...

bad product / wardrobe from home centre r city ghatkopar
I have bought wardrobe costing appx. 64k from r city ghatkopar outlet of home centre on 11-jun-2017, and on 14-10-18, i complained that backside wall pulled off, colour fainted, gap between two doors at back of wall. And, even from back wood powder getting again and again.
Bad product at so much cost.
I have contacted customer care, but they simply said warranty over... Bad product and bad service. Do not buy any product from home centre

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you, i bought the sleeper last week ago in gulf mall. I just wants to exchange only size in doha festival city. When i entre the store nobody on floor. After 3 min one guys came in floor nobody approch me like angry face i ask him i wants exchange the sleeper only size. He said no exchange without invoice, i said i have barcode tag only missing invoice then he called the apdull same thing he didinot approch me like angry face i asked him same thing, he said same we didinot exchange without invoice and other branch bought items. I asked apdulla this is same company, he said yes but we can't exchange. As a. I know landmark offeing the excellent service to customer but when i wents the doha festivel city store it's 0 (Zero) customer service.

I have purchased a bed and i have cancelled it due to some money problems. Its is 2 months 15 days till now i did not get refund. Iam call to customer care number and there are speaking to me but after saying my invoice number there are disconnecting the call. I should get 32, 950 rupees. I have spoke 10 time there are saying same thing to submit the documents even after submitting the documents through different email. Please respected sir/madam help me!.

water staining in sofa set

This is in reference to the sofa set that i bought from home centre in the month of june.

Invoice date : 2/6/18
Product with issue : alaska arden grey 3 seater / 1 seater
It is bought to our notice that the sofa is staining even when slight water is dropped. Instead of drying of clearly, the sofa is staining with a slight orange color.
We have raised a complaint with customer care service. They came and checked and took the photograph for reviewing. One of the guys told us that the staining is caused because the sponge inside.
After reviewing our case, they informed us that it’s our fault that water is spilt and due to that reason, the staining had occurred and yeah they would not replace the product.
Even though we didn’t get a water resistant sofa set from home centre, water cannot cause staining like this.
Request you to provide us a replacement for the one and three seater sofa set where the staining has occurred.

Sir, this is to inform you that i bought a trouser from max store, pacific mall, subhash nagar.
My trouser discoloured after one wash. When i went to the store, manager of the store said sorry i can't do anything. When i said wat to do with the product now he simply said give it to ur maid. Is this ur customer complaint policy??? Tht u suggest ur customers to buy things just wash it once nd give it to ur maids... 👏👏👏👏👏. Such indecency is not justied. Rude staff. U name ur store standard max with no standards.

On 8th July visited centre point sharurah branch im saudi arabia . After making purshases i requested to return a ladies bag which was bought about two days back then MR Imran standing with cashier strated to aurgue with my wife that bag is used. I told him how can we use it in two days and its still with all packing material inside but he started to misbehave and continue to malign my family that we are telking a lie causing me and my family lots of embarrassment in front of other coustomers. After that i approched MR Zia the manager there and told him i want to make a written complaint. INSTEAD OF HELPING HE STARTED TO QUESTIONING ME THAT I HAVE TO GIVE HIM SOLID REASON FOR COMPLAINT OR I CANNOT COMPLAIN. I told him I am your coutomer and coustomer has every right to complain. Then i was taken to his office and given paper but still he continue to argue and try to even threaten me that he can make complaint against me. After my stren insist he took my written complaint. I am really surprised to see such a misbehaviour of employees in such an esteemed organisation of centrepoint. I am deeply ambaressed and metally tourtured by this. I keep my right to approach consumer court of law for this maltreatment and mental tourture due to this insult if appropriate action is not taken against my complaint.
I am loyal coustomer of centre poimt and expect this organisation to look after into this matter. Thanking in anticipation

i bought a watch of rs 10k from your lifestyle outlet in quest mall kolkata .on 2nd nov 2015..
then after two months the watch started slowing down.i usually stay in a sub urban place in karnataka (tumkur) . so after keeping it for 4 moths on june 2016 i gave it to the world of titan showroom in south city mall ( kolkata ), .they kept it for 27 days and then i collectd it . but then also after using it for 2 to 3 months it again slowed down .i went to the world of titan showroom in gariahat kolkata around december when i came back to kolkata again .the took 60 rs and changed the battery .the said they hav changed the battery for 300 rs but only charging 60 rs as service charge and they said they have service the machine, i got it after 15 days of suybmission . .
.then for 3-4 moths it worked fine .then on may 2017 it again slowed down, i went to life style from where i bought it .they took it for service and retuned me around 1 moth laiter .i took it and went back to tumkur.the same thing happend again .on december i submitted it again in lyfstyle kolkata .after telling my griviences through mail and meeting the concerned concept manager he said he cannot do anything apart from service as it is the brand who can do anytrhing not them .
the repiared it and said me that they have replaced the machine and i took it in jan 2018 .it on 25th feb it again got slow .i took it there and submitted it, and this same thing is happening with me again and agin for 5 times .
i bought it 2 yrs back and 5 times it has visited it servive center.
and lifestyles officials including the manager is not atall heping me in this case .and now he is telling, me to mail and all.
i have all the documents .
please sir help me with this ### .the watch is currently submitted in ur store quest mall.

We have invested in two corporate properties in landmark cyber park in the year 2010 & we were promised by the builder landmark for assured returns till possession. we received regular cheques till aug 2013 & after that no update from builder landmark till date. constant email / calls / chasers / office visits done no firm confirmation on the possession given also for assured return cheques. if i would have invested in bank fd also i would have got monthy income. such a failure investment we had.

Loss of credit note at Lifestyle

I shopped at this store Lifestyle in Inorbit mall, Pune on 10th May, but billed a wrong pair of footwear. They issued me a credit note for the same. On the way back the whole shopping bag got misplaced with the bill, credit note, lifestyle privilidge card, my shopping :-(
All i got is my credit card bill reference left with me. Is there any way it can be re-issued to me? I paid Rs.7900 on May 10, 2015; 16:39:39 hrs with an ICICI credit card. The credit note was approx 1200rs which i want to be reissued.

I had invested Rs.35.65 Lacs in 2007 with Landmark Builders, Gurgaon for Shops in their project “Landmark the Mall” in Sector 66, Gurgaon. The builder & broker promised us in written they will give the possession of that shops in December – 2010. The Builder had not constructed the same even they had not start their construction yet & refuses to refund...

As per center point people bur dubai branch there is no part available.even which was repairable that also they can't repair they kept for 15 days .just make happy to customer they broken my tray also.who to call or complaint
