[Resolved]  Larsen And Toubro — Experience Certificate

I was recruited as GET in 2006 (Employe ID-997075), and left it on 28th Jan'08. When I left the company - just to harass me initially did not give me- my Experience Certificate for 2 months (which is required by next employer). And after my continuous request, phones, mails and notices they gave me that with an "false clause of liquidity damage against me-stating the reason as I was under bond"
But the TRUTH is that I have never ever signed any bond with LnT(Larsen And Toubro) nor I was ever asked to do so, Moreover they didn’t even told me this when I left the company and Suddenly 2 months after leaving the company this bond stuff thing arose and they wrote this false thing in my Experience Certificate.
Please help me; this is causing lots of harassment to me.

I was the Mech Engg in North Block of Gate no.1 (main gate).

I worked there for 4 years. But for your king information for GET's, you only have 1 year bond which is calculated from the date of joining the company.

After the bond you are free to leave the company with a notice period of 30days.

But I have noticed many cases in where the L&T staff has detoriated trainees by implementing false clause of liquidity damage on them.

In this case, you should just file a complaint with the nearest police station where L&T is located & you should also file a complaint with the police station near your residential area.

and try to send legal notice to L&T by registered post.

Even I was treated like a dog, on my last day, hence I am supporting you.
