This is extremely regrettable that one consignment[protected] dtd.24.06.2009 which was despatched from our service station WAGHOLI PUNE by AIR, still did not reached to us till today.27.06.2009.

Can you please help me in tracing the consignment and arrange for its immediated delivery as your representative are either not traceable or just not lifting the phone.
