[Resolved] Laxmi Gas Service Kurla Of HP Gas — Not get delivery at home on time | |||
This is a customer of HP gas service registured Under Laxmi Gas Service, Kurla. I booked the request for home delivery for gas cylender, but the agency is not ready & even not provided the home delivery on time. We are facing this problem from last two months. As acustomer we have the authority to get home delivery of cylelnder at home, but to get the gas cylender we need to visit the office of agency, and arranged the delivery by self. Agency not even responding for calls, not provided proper information regarding new office address, & not even provided proper information abt home delivery...We need proper help as we are consumer and provided proper amount for the goods...Please help.. Its Very True & One thing I have to say that the Telephone Nos. of this services are Like KBC If your luck is good then you get their no ringing otherwise they are always shown busy. I dont know what are they doing on phone continuously from hour N hour, & not replying also.

I agree with Mr. R G Sakpal.
Even I booked gas for home delivery on14.09.10 but till today 18.10.10 not deliver from same Lakshmi Service. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

they ask you to buy thm a mobile fone if you want to contact them personally and pay them extra bucks wid the cost price...disgraceful...such an attitude shouldnt be tolerated...

One person named shravan visited upon request for gas leak.
HE replaced many things which Was not at all required and made a Bill of
700 Rs. outside the price of those stuFf is hardly 100 rs.
I had To make request again for the same issue. He charged again 300 rs
1st one said rs 50 for one regulator
2Nd One saiD rs 470 for one regulator
This is Nothing but cheating
