Hi,
I purchased a lee cooper shoe on 16th September 2012. The cost of it is Rs.2285. After getting home
I realised that the shoes had many defects on it which is just unacceptable! The threads are coming off,
There is an ugly gum mark on the shoe, the side rubbers have bubble holes all around the shoe, the sole has some cuts which can make the shoe into 2 pieces in just a few months....This is not the first time this is happening and I cannot tolerate this anymore. My entire family buys footwear from reliance and all we get is crap. I want this to be refunded immediately. I am just fed up with reliance and it's stuffs..! On research I also found that reliance source stuffs from all over the world including China.. and it looks like all replicates are being sold at the cost of original brand prices and the customers are getting cheated. If the store is not going to refund my money then I will have to take this up legally. You people have just lost my trust. I am shocked with what has happened. Never knew that reliance would do such cheap things!
