Grrr...I have bought Lee Cooper shoes from Kay Sons Laxmi Nagar Delhi around 4 months back on 22/07/2012 @Rs. 1995/- but after 1 month of buying, it's sole cracked and then after it's leather lining attached with sole depleted(you can say Leather lining only not leather)of right shoe. I've not visited the shop for the complaints as I knew if I would have gone there then that would be in vein, just killing the time and energy. These people know how to sell the stuff but when there is problem in stuff they don't know how to rectify it and satisfy the customers. At the cost of around Rs. 2000/- it's a hopeless material today (after 4 months). Was this information helpful? |
