Freight service from Hyderabad to Chennai delivered a day later than promised thereby me and my family had to stay one more day in the hotel.
False promises that it will reach in 2 hours, 3 hours etc several times made me and my family wait at the location for a long time. This was a lot tiring and frustrating.
The unpacking people came after 8PM and did not complete the work till 12 midnight. Promised to be back the next day and didn't turn up. 75% of the unpacking done by us only. Whereas they insisted on payment by full at the time of packing and I had nothing to hold them to do any work.
Don't get fooled by any packers and movers who are asking for full payment before work. At least keep some substantial amount with you so that they complete the job responsibly.
Even after keeping a good relation with these people and having known people at a higher level did not help me. They mean business and nothing else. Very bad business. Was this information helpful? |
