We have not yet received our items.
Marketing executive mr pradeep (+[protected] has done fraud to us taking full money but not sent house hold items. We came to know this when we called agarwal packer gowdon in shimshabad, hyderabad.
We are facing to much problem for living without items. Approximately 1.5 lac value items are there. Without these for food also we are suffering a lot. All our clothes, kitchen items, stove everything is there only.

I request you kindly do the needful to send our items as soon as possible.

I have booked my car through leo international packers and movers from bangalore to gurgaon on 2nd june 2019 and it was promised that it would reach within 7 to 10 days.
It's been more than 20 days and the car has not even reached to pune from bangalore (Which is just 10 hours journey)
The entire team is clueless
They don't pick up the phone
Of late they have given one of their vendor's phone number who is also clueless
Very pathetic service from leo international packers and movers
I am strongly recommending not to use their service in any form as they are bunch of cheat and irresponsible people.

I have paid packing, moving from bangalore to hyd, they said they dispacth 6 days back, i am keep on requesting for my dispatching, but they are cheating & keep on postponing since 6days, most urgency items i am about to recieve medicine, other important&urgent i am waiting to recieve.
No professiality in running their duties, cheating, farufing all i experienced since last 6 days, but still i didn't receive my things.
Please take necessary action to avoid future risks on such fraud& cheating companies.
They r vilating professional businesses ethics, please take immediate action.
Its surfcasting behavior they r showings minimum educated people, if i imagine for uneducated people... I dont who will help... Pls take serious action.

In last minute, I have chosen this so-called LIO PACKERS AND MOVERS to move my goods from Bangalore to Switzerland. After 1 month, I realized I have done a mistake of my life by choosing these people.

******* If you want your luggage to be shipped after 50+ days, and broken, damaged and no responsibility is taken, Then go ahead and chose this. *********

This is for my international package movement.

1. Initially, a person so called sales manager has visited my place to check the goods. In addition, we agreed to a price/KG to ship goods. He has no clue about how the weight of the box/container will be measured neither me. I will come to this a bit later.

2. Next day morning three persons (including the so-called Sales manager) have reached 1 hour late to the scheduled appointment time. They did not even get the enough carton boxes to pack my goods. Their cartons are also very poor quality.

3. Later, they have lend few cartons from my other packers and movers vendor I chose to ship some goods with in India. Which are of better quality than what these people got.

4. They stuffed my goods in the cartons. Now they weighed my luggage. After weighing the luggage, they put a price to me, which is nowhere match to what I agreed and what they gave.

5. Now the other person explains me (so called owner of the moving company in Bangalore) how the weight is calculated. The calculation makes sense to me as per the shipping rules. However, it is very big loss to me as I am not aware of the formula how they come up with the weight. The so-called sales manager who visited my site also not aware of this or he did not even share it with me initially.

6. So finally, I ended up paying for 19KGs though my luggage is weighing about 12.5 KG. ##, I could have given to some other vendor. However, I cannot help, as next day was my scheduled travel.

Now comes to the shipping

1. They have told me that the luggage is going to be shipped to my home address (international) within 6 days. Therefore, I thought at least I receive it in 10 Days.

2. They also told me that I don't have to pay any customs as I’ve only 1 electronic item for which they have already collected the customs charges for it and said all luggage will be cleared from customs and I don't have to pay anything as it will take care by their working colleagues in Switzerland.

3. 10 days passed, I did not receive my luggage. Therefore, I have called the so-called salesperson to check what the status is.

4. First time, he did responded to me saying he will check where it is as he handed over the luggage to some other person.

5. He didn't respond back even in 2 days. So i've called him again asking for the status. From now on their cock and bull stories started. At last he confirmed me the luggage is already shipped and i'll be receiving it in 2 days. I thought Okay.

6. Even after 4 -5 days, i didn't receive any message/call neither luggage. I've called him again. Now he says, he is out for his own wedding so can't share any update in next 5 days. Even i thought of not disturbing him as it is his own marriage.

7. After a week again i've called him for an update as i didn't receive my luggage. This time, he tells me i'm still at home town. I'll go to Mumbai in next 2 days and share you the update.

8. I've no other option than waiting to hear from him.

9. I've called him again after 2 days. This time he tells me, Luggage didn't leave from Mumbai as the person whom he agreed to ship the luggage is charging GST to him which they never agreed with in them before.

10. After more than a month i realized it didn't even shipped.

11. This time, this so-called sales manager has given my goods to another friend of him. In addition, told me that it will reach within 1 week.

12. I have waited for a week and called him enquiring about the status. He said, Luggage has arrived UK. After customs clearance it will be dispatched to Switzerland.

13. After about 5 days, I’ve received a paper on my post box requesting to pay 200 CHF customs fee and collect the boxes from post office. WHATTTTTT???????

14. I have called this person asking about this. This is something i've receive on my home address without any other fees as the fees were already collected from me against the customs. There was no pint in arguing with him as i've to get my goods to my home.

15. Finally i realized that it is shipped from Mumbai through a postal service (which i could have done it by myself from Bangalore)

16. I've called the post office customer case and scheduled an appointment to ship my luggage to my home address.

17. Finally after close to 50 days, i've received my goods by paying 200 CHF extra,

1. All the cartons are damaged/torn/crushed
2. Slowly i started opening each carton and I see
The crockeries are broken.

Jackets Missing
Luggage Missing
Idols broken
3. More than 25K INR luggage was missing/damaged.
4. I have called this so-called manager. He asked me to list down the item and cost, he would get back.
5. I have shared him the details. Now you know what, my number is blocked. They are not responding to my calls/messages.

Now they are kind “Who cares, i already left India. No one is there to go and fight for me there"

Finally, I'm the one who lost believing in these packers and movers.

Therefore, i highly not recommend these people and if possible put these people behind the bars for cheating customers.

Worst experience of my life sending home stuff from bangalore. They charged exorbitantly high price compared to what they said on phone. Broken and damaged boxes received. When contacted leo, they said its not their responsibility. Very unprofessional staff. Manjeet who said is the manager in bangalore, is a liar and a very rude person. Manner-less and one big liar. Never send your stuff from leo p&m ltd.

Worst service experience.

The service representative visited the house and finalized a rate 16k for moving household items from ballari, karnataka to bengaluru, karnataka. On the day of pickup, they arrived a bit late and packed up all the items and loaded into vehicle.

After loading all the items, they started demanding 100% payment which was not the case agreed in the first visit. He strongly told the items will not move if not paid in 100% and also asked me to pay for 18% gst which is actually 0% if the service is registered or 5% otherwise.

After a long fight on call, we paid full amount. He guaranteed that they will be coming for drop point and unload all items but they never turned up!

Also, the transportation vehicle guy was given rs. 1000 less and told to collect from us.

The service is not transparent and too many people changing on the same phone number. Completely irresponsible! I will never opt or recommend leo packers and movers to anyone.

We had transported our entire household goods from Bombay to Bangalore about a year back. This company transported the the goods by packing the same most unprofessionally and badly damaging our precious property. Company further not ready to compensate for damages.
Damages include:-
* Most crockery and glass ware broken.( approximate damage 50k)
* One new cupboard damaged beyond repairs. Value reduced from 50 K to zero now.
* 21 inch computer screen fully damaged.( cost 15000 )
* Damage to clothes 3000.
* Kitchen utensils/ electrical appliances costing...

I have shifted my house on 1st of September through Leo Packers & Movers, HSR Bangalore. I must suggest This is the worst packers & movers.

1: They have damaged our multiple products, Show pieces, Bed, Shoe stand, Mattress.
2: The attitude of workers are very very bad, did not listen how we want to pack the things, Packed in very wrong way.
3: After Reaching they mishandled things.
4:They keep our things like clothes Books on the ground itself without cover or putting over 1 mat/cover.
5:They asked me to unpack all the cartoons & give them back immediately, which is impossible. I requested fr 2 days so than I can unpack things form 20 cartoons.
6: They agreed after receiving 1000/- Refundable amount, Believe its 25 days past, they did not come. We have contacted multiple times, they said, we will come today, but did not come, with explanation that phone switch off, no lorry, no man power, On the way bla bla...

Hi I used this Leo International Packer and Movers whose address is in Dharam colony, Gurgaon for Transition from Gurgaon to Bangalore . They stole the things worth rs 4000/- from goods and did not even talk generously after getting money. They used the word international in their name but are not even local in their behavior. Beware of this Packers n Movers and Guys like Ishwar Chaudhry who belong to this Packer n Mover. They are behaving rude and pathetic after getting money. They are simply frauds/duplicates Gurgaon locals who are running the Packers n Movers on the name of Leo. They take the insurance money but don't gave the money after any issue. They will say that they are giving very nominal rates but they compensate by stealing the goods.

My household stuff was loaded on 12th of june and my car was picked on 15th of june.

My car was delivered on 27th of june in bangalore.

But while delivering the car one of your representative mr. I. S. Rao forced me to pay extra money of 9400 / - . (Paid through net banking imps - rrn number[protected]

There was no previous communication regarding this extra payment that i have to made.
Its only while i asked to deliver my car he asked me to first pay extra amount.


I also asked him to send me the details and receipt for this extra amount but he didn't send the the receipts.

After loading the stuff i was given the total bill of 75100. 00 / - which i paid in the form of post dated cheque (489567 in favor of leo international packers and movers) .

They don't informed me about any requirement of paying additional 9400 / - at the time of loading or at time o[censored]nloading my household stuff or at the time of settling for the damages?
I was only given the receipt of 75100 and not the complete amount.
I was blackmailed at the time of delivering car and forced to pay 9400 / - before my car was delivered?

This kind of blackmailing is not accepted from a established company.

After calling and writing multiple times i. S. Rao picked the call and send that he will not send any receipt and do whatever you can do.

As we had to shift my medium refrigerator from Sanpada to Pune, and shift a bigger refrigerator from Pune to Sanpada. After personal visit followed by quotation (No.601), the executive named 'Vinod/Virender', quoted Rs.4500. On 17th April, he arranged to collect the refrigerator with a promise to deliver it at Pune the next morning, but promissed to confirm the time of delivery within half an hour. I had provided the complete map along with the address of the destination, where the refrigerator was to be delivered. We left to Pune and were waiting for the call/delivery. Sadly neither I received any call, nor any response to the number I called. ([protected]), we kept on calling him several times during the day but no response from Virender/Vinod. Then we called the other number ([protected]), they picked up and said, they would make Virender call and speak to me in two minutes, but later stopped receiving the call from us. Several times we tried following up just to provide us an update if the refrigerator has been shipped or not, But absolutely no response whatsoever from them. Then we called the driver who came to pick the regrigerator, who said he is on different rout today, but he suggested us to call the main number [protected], when I asked him the main number person is not responding, if I do not get the clarity then I may have to take this matter to police, he then gave the mobile to someone Dharamveer Sheoren answered arrogantly 'go and lodge the complaint'. Then my wife called up the main number and by then they gave an assurance, that the refrigerator has been shipped and it would be delivered by 7am on Sunday (19 Apr). But these people are masters of bluffers, kept on giving different excuses and false hopes, in the morning when we called, he didnt respond, we kept on calling, then he said, the refrigerator would be delivered at noon by 2. We kept hoping that the refrigerator would be delivered in the noon, as we had to return to Mumbai, but no news until 4.30pm, when we again started to followup with them, they provided us a number saying its the driver's number. We then started to followup with this number that was constantly busy. After trying several times, we managed to get hold of the number, but the number was wrong, it was of a woman and she was shocked someone is calling her for such shipment related questions. Then we called the main number ([protected]) to confirm the number they had given was wrong, then they sent us another number at 5.30. When we called this driver, he could hardly speak/hear, said he just reached Lonavla, and he would take another 4 hours to reach Pune. He had no address, no map and no idea where to deliver. Somehow he managed to get these details from us and reached at 10:30pm. He delivered the refrigerator and collected two sofa and the bigger refrigerator, that too without packing. When we asked him about the material damage, he said nothing to worry, the proper care would be taken. Next day these goods were to be partially reached at Sanpada and then to Gansoli. But the person spoke like a goon, he said his name is Rajbir. He was so harsh and arrogant, spoke to my wife and threatened us saying he would deliver only at Gansoli. We agreed and went to Gansoli, where the goods were to be delivered. But when we reached, we realised, the good are damaged, hence they asked me to give cash, only then they would deliver. It was shocking to me, when I tried to ask the delivery guys, the understanding is that the money would be given only when the goods are delivered and after ensuring the condition of the goods is good. But they were not ready to co-operate, they said they got these instructions from office. And in the office, the person was so arrogant and rude, when I asked him 'we may have to take this matter to police', he is asking me to get the police to the site. It was an utter goonism. Navi Mumbai has mostly migraints from other states who are working professionals, these goons are used to exploit them just because they are too busy and avoid going to police station. I tried to persuade them to deliver the goods first and then collect the money, but they were not at all ready to co-opeate, but the office person started threateting us saying 'we will dump your goods in godown, and you will have to pay additional 2000 for the same if you want this back'. There was no other option but returning from there. In the evening, we were planning to goto police station, but the driver who delivered refrigerator called, as he realised some issue happened. He also confirmed the unprofessional behaviour of Rajvir/Virender, but suggested me to settle the matter without going to police station. I replied to him, we do not want to goto police, but now since we do not have any option, we are helpless. He assured to us that next day (21 Apr), Virender would arrange to deliver these goods by 9am. Today (21 Apr) when we tried reaching the driver, he was not picking the call, hence we tried reaching Virender.Rajvir, but he did not respond to our calls, hence we had to report this matter to Sanpada (Turbe) police station. They intervened and called Virender/Vinod at the police station and asked them if they promissed to deliver the goods at the main road or home? They were very good and professionals, asked Virender when he can deliver these goods at our house, Virender assured to deliver these by 6pm, finally delivered at 6:45pm. Sadly the sofa were damaged, side glass edge was broken, and the glass handler knob was missing/broken, when I asked the delivery boys, the same arrogant person (Dharmveer) said 'their job is only to deliver', then I asked him to make me talk to the office person. And this time the office person (Vinod/Virender) spoke, at least not arrogantly, though he was again bluffing. Overall it is utter nonsense, these guys have no work ethics, no moral values, no professionalism, they are literally goons, so beware anyone who may get into their trap. They speak like butter initially, but please verify the facts, each and every point must be noted in the quotation, and please do not give them any money in advance. We took leave just to ensure no other innocent customer like us suffer in the hands of these goons. Please visit nearby police station, and with facts and truth, if you approach police station, they are truly helpful and supportive.

On 3rd March 2015 - My house hold goods were packed and transported by truck from Ahmedabad to Greater Noida and my Maruti Swift vxi separately on 4th March. I paid up 25900 Rs. in cash to the Hemant and Remaining 16000 to Vikash who came with truck to deliver my goods at home. My complaints are as below. 1) Very poor packing done - came in 2 hours late, did some basic packing with some shrink-wrap plastic & cheap boards. 2) They didn't brought any truck but a large tempo to move the goods from Ahmedabad to Greater Noida. Later upon lot of arguments they changed to a relatively bigger truck compared to the tempo with a torn water proofing materials to cover the truck. 3) It was raining and many packed items were damped in water. 4) Though I paid up 3000 for the insurance, they didn't pay this to insurance company.They gave me some insurance from agarwal packers and movers. Not sure if agarwal does insurance. Attached the copy of the insurance. 5) Goods arrived two days later and were dumped at the entrance of building as they didn't pay hamali to driver. Vikash (guy who came to deliver goods) ran after collecting cash and saying that plz pay the balance amount as i am getting late and have to go home for Holi (which was on on 6th March). My goods were lying and no one answered the call. 6) They refused to do unloading to my floor and unpacking. Finally Hemant said that i should arrange the local labor and get the things shifted to my apartment in 4th floor and he will pay back the money when the guy will come to deliver my car. I paid 1500 rs to labour which was never paid by Leo. 7) When we opened the boxes, we found damaged center table and few other goods. Upon reporting the issue Vikash said that he will send me a mail id and i shall send all pics to that id. Insurance guy will come along with the car delivery guy and he will do on spot settlement. I never got any id neither i got any settlement for my damaged goods. 8) My car was sent without a single scratch, this too came back with dents and scratches all around. 9) My Car was taken on 4th March in Ahmedabad and delivered on 15th March in Greater Noida. At the time of handover the car meter was showing 20173 and at the time of delivery the meter was at 23261. They ran my car for almost 3000 KM in 11 days. Petrol worth 1200 Rs. is missing from the petrol tank. 10) Not sure if my car was utilized for any criminal purpose in those 11 days. Will file a FIR/Police complaint for the same. 11) All bills and quotations were hand written and seeing that i should have understood how sub standard they are. Original printed bills were never paid even after paying the service tax of rs 5110. They kept saying it will come from Bangalore after holi on 7th March but it never came to me. Hemant who was coordinating is a hopeless guy with a very irresponsible behavior. It was my mistake to pay these people the full amount.Finally I had to relent on account of this huge harassment to me. Hemant is a thick skinned cheater of highest order. I had very bad experience with Leo movers and packers. I have called Hemant so many times, but my issues are not resolved. PPllllzzzzzzzzzzzzzz never use Leo Movers & Packers even if they provide their services for free. They will suck your blood, leave you restless and your productive time and valuable goods will be wasted.

I loaded household items on 29. 08. 2014 in the leo movers and packers india in delhi. Paid rs 85000 / - for door to door delivery as leo movers and packers informed household items will reach to chennai in 5 days. In spite of several reminders, house hold articles received only on 18. 08. 2014 after 21 days. Earlier he told that rs 65000 for shifting household items from delhi to chennai will be charged but it will take 12 - 15 days.

Now leo movers and packers india is not refunding rs 15000 / - as delayed delivery. Leo movers is also an organised household burglar / robber. Why i am saying this is that though i have insured 26 household items, one room heater 13 fins worth rs 13000 not insured was robbed by the company.

LEO MOVERS and PACKERS INDIA located at PLOT NO. 1202, Palam Vihar Road, Bijwasan, New Delhi -61 ph. no[protected], [protected] with head of Office plot no 55, seconfd floor 6th Main 4th Cross Lalbagh Road, Bangalore - 560027 approached us on 27.07.2014 telling false promises such as:

i. five (5) transit days for shifting household items from Delhi to Chennai by paying huge amount of Rs 85, 000/- in a separate container
ii. charges for shifting the same in 12-15 days at Rs 65, 000/- except insurance on sharing mode

Accordingly, we have transported household items including CAR from Delhi to Chennai on 29.07.2014 vide G, C .No 615 dated 29.07.2014 and expected that items would reach on 03.08.2014. Till today there is no news about the arrival of consignment. When will come to Chennai?? GOD ONLY KNOWS !!! . When enquired about arrival of the items, some of LEO PACKERS informed that engine failure, vehicle burnt due to fire, overload, etc... If the vehicle carrying household items is burnt, what is the status of household items. Now they are also not lifting phone.

Now i have a doubt whether the said company is there in Delhi or not or only in paper. All the telephone numbers
given in the web site/ letter pad /receipt appears to be false.

I recommend that people should choose genuine packers and movers before sending goods from one place to
another. It appears LEO MOVERS AND PACKERS India is a fake one.

As the items have been shifted on a single container from Delhi to Chennai on 29.07.2014, it should have reached Chennai by 7th August 2014.

LEO MOVERS AND PACKERS OWNER Mr Rajesh could not be reached/contacted over phone to know about the current statues of my house hold articles. Due to inordinate delay, harazment and forgery, he has been asked to pay compensation.

I had chosen Leo Packers and Movers to shift my house hold items from Hyderabad to Cochin, just being impressed by the initial presentation and service. But the whole experience turned out to be the worst.

They never informed about insurance and service tax in the beginning and it came up during the time of payment.
Inexperienced team for packing house hold items, they had no idea of the kinds of packing to be used for different electronic items
A study table was broken in front of my eyes because of mishandling - I was assured that this will be taken care by the driver of the consignment once the whole thing reaches cochin.
No co ordination between the office staff and the team who came for Packing, they were a bunch of irresponsible guys who were not trained or even given instructions.

Even i received my 2 wheeler ( Honda Pleasure) with broken body and had to change the entire thing.

One of the nightmarish experience of life and I strongly recommend not to avail their service provided you have a choice.
