[Resolved] Lepakshi — Faulty book shelf sent | |
I have purchase a book shelf, almera and a dressing table on 25th of last month (July). Two days later I have received the product but I have noticed that the book shelf and Almera does not have smooth paint finish. I have reported the same to the shop owner and he assured me that he will replace the faulty product but the new piece has not been sent till date, its been one month now since I have made the complete payment. Now when I try to reach/contact the sales person, he either skips the call saying that the vehicle is not ready or he always says that it will be sent tomorrow. Today he is not at all receiving my call and avoiding contacting. Please look into this matter at the earliest as it already been one month after the purchase. Was this information helpful? | |

The sofa is in bad shape just within 3 months of purchase, when contacted, they are not even bothered to respond.
I wanted to complaint against these beggers to the consumer forum. Can anyone tell me the procedure
