I had ordered a sofa of 3 seater plus 1 seater and when they delivered it was not the similar one which we had ordered, switches were out...no proper shape.
It was a horrible one...!!!
On top of it one seat was also missing...amazing
Person who came for delivery just dumped and left from my home, when I had instructed them that I do not want the one which you are giving me.
Now he had switched off his phone as well...
A big time...

Faulty book shelf sent
I have purchase a book shelf, almera and a dressing table on 25th of last month (July). Two days later I have received the product but I have noticed that the book shelf and Almera does not have smooth paint finish.
I have reported the same to the shop owner and he assured me that he will replace the faulty product but the new piece has not been sent till date, its been one month now since I have made the complete payment.
