[Resolved]  Les Concierges — Irregularity of Services, exorbitant prices

Les Concierges is a service provider, that promises to do all employees "day to day" operational work, on employees behalf when he is in office.

I and my friend bought a two-wheeler (Second Hand) in May 2010. We asked Les Concierges helpdesk in my Office (Deloitte Hyderabad) to get the ownership transfer done on our behalf. They promised to that it would be done in One Week and they would Charge Rs.800 (for each bike, total Rs. 1600) for it, to which we agreed. To get the ownership transfer done we had given all the related documents including the Original RC.


Well, its more than three months now and we havn't received the new RC with ownership transfer done. For past one month, they have only one excuse, Sir, because of "software transfer" it will take one more week.

After 2 weeks of submitting the documents, i received a call from some Concierges Vendor, who said' "Sir, there is some software transfer from 3-Tier to 2-Tier at RTO Hyderabad office, for which there would be overhead expense of Rs 400 for each bike. (My Point is why this expense was not told to me at the time of submitting the documents), when i asked to return my documents he said that cant b done because they have been submitted.

Last week in frustration, i called Les Concierges branch office in Hyderabad, the guy on the other end, gave even poor response. He without even listening to my problems, said i will get back to you in a day. (Brother, when u dont know the problem what you would get back) and after one day when he called up, he had no answers to my queries.

In regards to my friends bike, two months before the vendor again called back and said, because of Hypothecation Change i have to submit one more document, and it would charge Rs 800 more for it. When i asked give my printed receipts from government department for it, he refused.

Finally, i checked RTO's website. To my surprise in their "citizen charter" link they have mentioned, For ownership transfer for a two wheeler, RTO office will charge Rs 130 and would provide the new RC in 24 hours. I was amazed Rs 130 for two-wheeler as said by RTO website VS Rs 1500 charged by Les Concierges for same service and that too taking more than 3 months for it.

The Helpdesk guy in my office is not responding to my grievance, the branch office guy is also helpless. To whom shall i complain. I am afraid to take my bike out as i don't have RC with me. I have got Ticket for non compliance to Traffic Rules, will Les Concierges pay for it..

I had deposit of cash Rs-2000/- by your representative to state bank of patiala as account no.[protected](Vipin Sharma) as on 09/08/10 and your recipt no. is 369453.But till now it did not deposit in bank please need a action rapidly.
