I Left the company last 6 months, but till now the company did not complete my Final Settlement, in this Settlement my 45 days salary has hold. I am continue writing mail to Bangalore Corporate office regarding my Final Settlement, but they dont give any response of my mail, even delhi Branch office also don't show any response. So What Can I do ...?please let me know............

Lesconcierges Services Pvt Ltd — PF amount not credited to my account yet

my pfa withdrawal form was submitted on 5th of june 2009 through lesconcierges services pvt ltd, its been more than one and half months. So request youll to let me know the status of my form and do the needfull on the same.

Lesconcierges Services Pvt Ltd — Final Settlement

I am Sukumar Dey an ex employee of Lesconcierges Services Pvt Ltd in Delhi location, I was working in Lea concierges from 15th April 2008 to 5th June 2010. I have resigned from my position on 5th June 2010. At the time of Resignation I have alreay filled all the forms (Employee Clearence form & Pf withdrawl form) . till now I did not get my Fianl Settlemet even it has already 5 months passed in my final Settlement my 45 working days salary has been hold ny the company, Even when I mail to them there is no response from them, Even now our Delhi Branch also not agree to cooperate with me to get my final Settlement .
