Letsbuy — Wrong excuses from customer care

I have ordered an external hard disk on 8 may 2012. And as mentioned i waited for 3-4 days for the shipment of the product. though i checked the status of my product everyday. Now Letsbuy started creating issues :
1) As suggested by them i used andro app to check the status of my order. 2nd day i was receiving response as ready to ship while the website was showing that your product is in process to confirm that i called up their CC and they said wait your product will be shipped .
2) On 10 may i received a mail from Customer care " We regret to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances we won’t be able to process your order number LSB-1040671. We are cancelling this order and you will be notified for the same in the next 24-48 hours."
My friends have ordered the same product and they did not received the mail for cancellation rather they received different different mails . I contacted customer care to confirm whats the reason that i have got this mail but still my order status was in process.. they did not clarified my issue and after disconnecting the call i received a mail "As per your request, we have updated your order with order id LSB-1040671."(i never asked them cancel my order) and the status was changed to abondoned/cancelled.
But the product was shipped to some on letsbuy customers
Day after i received the mail i contacted letsbuy cc. the cc guy said that he will forward this issue to senior management staffs and call back but till today morning i did not received any call so i called back them today morning another cc received the call and said that we have cancelled your order and the same product is in clearance sale you can order again from the same. While i was in call i checked the site and asked her but she disconnected the call.

Letsbuy was one of the best e-commerce website . i ordered many products before and i have suggested letsbuy to my friends also.
But this was totally disappointing.

Different excuses from Letsbuy

1) Order cancelled due to unavoidable reason
2) Next day friends got the mail that the product will be shipped but due to some unavoidable reason it will be delayed.
3) Pricing error if its the pricing error then it shouldbe applicable to all but as mentioned above the product was shipped to some letsbuy customers.

4) it was on first come first basis then they should have limted the stock . After having stock first they made some tempting deals then cancelling all orders
