defective product delivered and return not being collected

A defective product (Wall Clock) was delivered to us on 24th March, which was cancelled for return and refund. This was also acknowledged by FlipKart and the return was first arranged on 28th March but the Pickup guy refused to collect as he said that he is on bike and will not be able to carry it back. A point to note is that the same guy had delivered this defective product on bike, but was making flimsy excuses.

Installation technician issue

Received one piece against ordered two

Complain related to AWB FMPC [protected]

I ordered for TWO (2) pieces of " AT top dohar Pink-S01 l TUNDWAL'S Printed Single Dohar for Heavy" vide AWB FMPC [protected].

Flight booking still pending

I tried booking a return flight from Bangalore to Kolkata in the name of Anirban Sen. After the payment, it showed pending and is still not showing on my trips. Order Cancelled but No Refund Initiated

On 11 Feb 2026, I placed an Order on Flipkart for 03 items bearing Order ID OD[protected]. But the Delivery Schedule was not meeting my expectations. I tried to change the Delivery Schedule but there was No Option available for the same and hence I had to Cancel the Order.
I cancelled at the same time and I have been patiently waiting till to date for the Refund to be Processed but to my utter dismay, Flipkart hasn't even Initiated...

Change Account information

I am not able to change my phone number in flipkart. The system requires OTP being sent both old and new phone numbers. Which defeats the whole purpose, because one wants to change the phone number because they lost the number.

Years back I can see many has raised the issue and the way to resolve was to contact the customer service. Flipkart seems to have shutdown the whole section of customer service. There is no option to...
