I am a Flipkart plus member for about 3years and I have deactivated my old phone number and someone else got that number from the company. Now these days I am seeing that person is using my account modifying my wishlist and even ordering on his address.
I tried to get in touch with the team but the call request was going on the old phone number.
I tried updating the no. as well but 2 OTP is required for that. Kindly help I am suffering for the past 1 year.

    Amount -23, 318it was ordered on Friday 18 th March 2022 and it has to be delivered by 8 April Friday 2022 but till now it is not dilvered as it was purchased by credit card on EMI already my EMI has been converted and one month due is pending and the bank charges are applied on it it's been one month completed and still product is missing .
    So just cancel the product...

    My product Oder has been not received date 14/05/2022 Ko delivery hona thi to date 15/05/2022 Ko bhi delivery nahi di hai aur delivery buy ka call bhi nahi aaya hai. Pelz... Fast delivery immediately now.

          I ordered Smart LED TV from Flipkart on 08 May 22 of Rs 13999/-. The TV was delivered to me on 11 May 2022. When i unpacked it, it was found that TV looked like used before, the body was damaged and accessories like wall mount was also not in the, paking. I placed return/replacement order immediately which was under the Flipkart return policy. On 14 May 22, technician from Flipkart visited my house and found the TV in same condition explained...

          I ordered DSLR canon 1500 D but inside the package item is not there, instead of dslr detergent soap is there.
          Its fraud from Flipkart.
          I have unboxing video of this where it is clearly show there is no dslr camera inside the package.
          I already applied two times for refund but both the time Flipkart rejected my refund request can you tell me why are giving too much tension to your customer.
          I am in too much tension...

          I ordered a mixer grinder from flipkart My order ID is OD[protected]. I received a damaged item. They have refused to replace the damaged product. No one called me but they have updated the status as refer to our conversation. This is a Racket to dupe Customers....

          I have purchased the above product from Flipkart on 30th April.. And flipkart is the biggest cheating online portal in India. I have tried to return the earphone for twice but they rejected the return, they have violated the policy of return. After started using that earphone is not working, I am trying to return again they are not giving option and customer support also refusing that and ignoring the complaint. I want my money return back....

            I have ordered realme gt Neo 3 on May 4th and got an expected delivery date of May 7th which was then changed to 12th May.
            However the product is yet to be shipped even till now (15th May).
            Raised an issue and help center said this'll be solved by 12th May.
            Tried connecting with customer support manager on 13th of May who only disconnected the call. And after some time customer care said they have escalated the issue...

            I bought the phone from Flipkart on 4th May whose delivery date was 13th May. I complained due to delay in shipping and delivery. The complainant whose resolve date was 14 May, but the resolve date are extended from 14 May to 16 May. I can't cancel my order, because i bought the phone through EMI. If i cancel my order my My credit score will get worse....

            I ordered RealMe GT 3 neo, 256 GB variant via flikart but received 128 GB variant. I initiated a return request on the same day and after 7 days they rejected the refund stating provided ID proof is not correct. Why flipkart need my Aadhar details for the refund, did they asked the same when I ordered the product? I request was raised from account and that should be enough for them to address the request. They delivered a wrong variant and now denying the return, this is cheating. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

              My shipment FMPP[protected], are Noise Wireless headphones was supposed to be delivered by 12th May 2pm but now, is still roming the city for no reason at all. It was first sent from Uluberia Hub, to Gariahat Hub, to SNK Hub, back to Uluberia Hub, to Bhawanipur Hub and now again back to SNK Hub. I suspect the package will visit Uluberia Hub once more.

              I can't think of a justification for this. How is Flipkart justifying this?...

Why do you eed to wait for my order ID do t you have the technology to go back to my history any way this type of behaviour to avoid and test the customer to his patecence is not new .this has been followed across flipkart . Ok with this though that flipkart is sucha dum and poor company cabt even effird ti check l .y history and get the issue resolve . I am giving you 1 of ethe order...

                I had purchased galaxy F62 last year from local shop, making full payment of 24K, but now after I don't know how my phone got locked due to FLIPKART SMART UPGRADE PLAN. I had enquired that shopkeeper ab this, & he admitted that he purchased that mobile from someone else, and that person who order it via Flipkart is far from approach now, so that ID is unknown from which it has been ordered. I want to my phone to be unlocked, please solve my issue.
