I placed an order on 01st August 2025, paid in full, but the product was never delivered despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances from Flipkart’s customer care team. Instead of resolving the issue, the delivery deadlines were only extended without any concrete updates. Recently, I received a message stating my order was cancelled, and I was asked to reorder the product — but at a significantly higher price. This unilateral cancellation, without my consent, has caused me both financial and notional loss. Flipkart has not taken responsibility for the increased price and has only mentioned informing the seller, which leaves the burden entirely on me as the customer. I respectfully request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action to ensure accountability in such cases and to direct online platforms like Flipkart to improve their policies so that customers are not unfairly penalized due to their lapses.
