wrong information about product delivery - consumer harassment

I ordered TCL (55 Inch) TV from Flipkart on 07.10.2025 on pin code 173220 (ODER ID- OD[protected] which showing deliverable pin code and estimated delivery will be 18.10.2025 ( FMPP[protected]- EKART Logistic ) after placing the order it was shipped in 16.10.2025 and reached nearest hub for delivery when it will be out delivery, they mentioned product got damaged during transpiration so they sending it back and when it reach back to...

Mobile phone got cancelled by the flipkart after it reaching my home town

I order a mobile phone by using flipkart on 26th October

Delievery date It showed on Nov 3rd again it rescheduled it to Nov 9th.

Unfortunatley they didn't delieverd the product on time as they promised.

Today it reached to near by where house which is near to my home town and now I got the notification from flipkart which is cancelled,

I have got the refund

I had placed an order with Flipkart on 17 August 2025 . Later I cancelled that order. I had paid for that order thru Google Pay(Infinix Micro USB Cable 2 A 1 m, 18 Watt…..)But Flipkart is claiming it has issued a refund amount being Rs.150. But till today I have not got the refund. unable to change email in flipkart account lost access to registered email

An order was places on flipkart for iphone, but next day the order was cancelled, the delivery was due next week. I have received the refund Rs 200 less in name of order handling fee. Since the order was cancelled many days before delivery and delivery was not attempted, this 200rs fee is not justifiable....

Dishwasher

I ordered the Dishwasher but it was not compatible at my house, I raised a return ticket and my return was accepted, I just have to submit the Job Sheet.
After submitting the job sheet, a flipkart agent asked me to resubmit as handwriting was not clear, I even did that.
Now they are saying that they cannot return the product.
I was promised by 3 executives that it will be returned, they can even check the call recordings....

I have order mixer grinder from the website and i dont find the quality of product to my expectation now there is no return available for the product, and having huge issue while talking to customer care, so disappointed.

    I placed an order on 01st August 2025, paid in full, but the product was never delivered despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances from Flipkart’s customer care team. Instead of resolving the issue, the delivery deadlines were only extended without any concrete updates. Recently, I received a message stating my order was cancelled, and I was asked to reorder the product — but at a significantly higher price. This unilateral cancellation, without my consent, has caused me both financial and notional loss. Flipkart has not taken responsibility for the increased price and has only mentioned informing the seller, which leaves the burden entirely on me as the customer. I respectfully request the concerned authorities to take appropriate action to ensure accountability in such cases and to direct online platforms like Flipkart to improve their policies so that customers are not unfairly penalized due to their lapses.
