I HAD BOOKED ONE VACCUME CLEANER ON THE MONTH OF MARCH ,THAT WAS MENTION ON THE LETSBUY SITE BY THE NAME OF ESSENTIAL COMPACT STEAM CLEANER IN THE CATAGORY OF VACCUM CLEANER WITH SPECIFICATIONS : CLEAN CAR & COLLECTABLES, SPOT CLEAN CARPET & FURNITURES. NOT MENTION THAT CAN CLEAN WITH WATER EVERYTHING NOT SUCK. I SUBMITTED MY COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMERCARE NO[protected] TIMES BUT THEY REFUSE TO ADMIT THEIR FAULT. AND SECOND THING IS I CALLED COMPANY GUY FOR DEMO, THEN HE TELL US THAT PRODUCT IS NOT A VACCUM CLEANER THIS IS ONLY A STEAM CLEANER SO PLEASE HELP ME THAT IS NOT USEFUL FOR ME.FROM THE TIME THAT I COULD RECIVE THAT PRODUCT I CAN NOT USE EVEN A SINGLE TIME. order no:LSB[protected]HV10ZEwhen i bought the website shows 3yrs warranty.so that i bought it.
my retail invoice also shows 3yrs warranty.
but toshiba says i yr
if this lcd carries only one year warranty,pl taken back it & refund my money.
