Dear Sir,

With reference I am user of your product as Toshiba Led, Lcd TV which model no is 40VL20ZE and Sr. No. is C32Z30J00151K1 with as size is 40".

And power is not coming when switch on to TV from the last one week around.

I am facing very difficulty due to distinction of TV.
Therefore I request you to kindly consider the matter and give an approval to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Toshiba India — worst customer support / services

The customer support or services against any problem in consumer goods like tv they are not providing support. I am calling again and again but every time customer executives tell me that "be patience".
My question is how many days. Is there are any management, who is taking care or customer issue. I think no. There are no system and management in toshiba, for customer. The worst services i have seen.

I suggest to not to buy toshiba product if you want services after purchase.
If you want services after purchase then toshiba's services is worst....

I have toshiba 32 inch tv and 2 times tv had issue with led back lights and when toshiba service centre people took my tv to his centre he tooks 15 days to reolve the small issue.

I was aware of the issue, issue was led back light is gone, it means one of the led was not working and as per toshiba service centre they have to replace the whole led strip but they only changed single led which is unacceptable.

Its 3rd may 2016, when we registered first complaint for tv screen complaint to toshiba. The technician has collected all required details (Like bill copy, warranty card etc) & assured that organization is struggling for spare parts big time & it would take 1-2 months to service it.
On regular follow-up with this person & technicial agency for more than 8 months, there is nothing change.
You cant register new complaint also, as it would delete the old complaint & the process from the beginning again. Its seems few people in organization are cheating customer & company heads are providing...

This is to bring to your notice about th issue i am facing with a toshiba tv i bought from lulu connect 2 years back. The tv with model number 32p2400ze seems to be showing an error message "usb overcurrent status detected. Please remove all usb devices and restart the tv by removing ac power". This was seen from 3-4 days back and i contacted the toshiba call center.
Upon telling them the serial number, they claim that the serial number is invalid. One of the customer care executive asked me to mail them on 'cpcall@toshiba-india.com'. Upon mailing the whole details,...

Toshiba India — Works done by kamal enterprises but not satisfied

Dear sir,
I have been facing problems with my refrigerator since 3 months and after lodging a complaint my problem was solved by kamal enterprises who charged me a total amt of rs.450 for door visor setting + rs.3800 for refrigerator sensor + rs.3500 for gas charging.
After doing all the possible changes in the refrigerator, my ref is still not working properly and not i want toshiba to send one of his technician to look into the matter and resolve the issue which i feel your service dealer kamal enterprises is not able to solve.

There is a Toshiba Xerox Machine beaning Model No.DP-3570 having No.CPE026504. The machine is not working properly since a long. The following problems are observed during copying of a document:

1-Paper copying is not well; sometimes half copying
2-Paper Jam is another major issue of the machine
3-Quoting black color on the paper due to the Catridge problem of the machine

I have Purchase a Toshiba 40 Inch Full Hd Led Tv (40L2400ZE) from Sargam Electronics on 19 apr 2015...it has 03 years warranty..but unfortunately on 20 may 2017 my tv screen goes blank and i have called customer care for lodge a complaint wide SR No is 5I0013623

After 02 hours engineer come and inspect the tv and told that there is a problem in panel and we have to change it...

I have call again customer care and as per them new panel is dispatched from Bangalore on 24 may 2017 and it will take 15 days more.

Now today is 04 July...

We had taken decision to buy the costliest fridge of Toshiba Brand .
But I feel it was unfortunate and wrong decision .
Despite of repeated complaints registered at toll free number . Repeated visit of service technicians . The complaint of fridge could not be resolved .

I hear by request you to please arrange COMPANY ENGINEER to check the fridge and provide solution on URGENT basis .

I have been following up with toshiba since 2nd march to get my issue resolved & have numerous emails but my issue is not yet resolved. They had initially cancelled my ticket for which i had to open another ticket stating that the issue has not been resolved.

The invoice copy & serial number has already been provided to them & i was informed that the part would be replaced but nothing has been done so far.

I would like to bring it to your knowledge that i lodged a complaint for LED TV serial no. F175D4J00031G1, long time back on 29.05.2017 and got positive feedback. A employee came to visit and clarify that motherboard was not working properly and would be replaced soon within 15 days, but don't know how they cancelled my request and in spite my numbers of calls they didn't reply properly and tried to linger on the matter.

Please consider it my humble request and do the needful....

Hi Team,

I have raised the complaint of My LED TV 15 days back but the same has not been taken care yet.

This is so much shameful that there is no action taken from last 15 days.

I have talked to Mr. Rakesh manager of toshiba, he always makes fake promises and always says that it will be taken care in a day or two. This is really shameful for the brand like Toshiba.

Please help on this urgently and resolve my issue.

One the bad service i have ever seen from toshiba...
I have logged case on 15th june 2017. For my toshiba tv which has display issue...
Phone. 9890650060 is the ref number.

No one yet calling for this issue...

Issue is still pending and no one is follow up on this... What's going on???

I can say toshiba brand is good but the service is very very bad...

In pune service centre name atharva at shivaji nagar pune, i think... They are so bad in the service... I don't know who is shreekant engg... He is out of office and atharva...

Hello team,

I am sharing my experience with 3rd class company toshiba.
I registered a request on 9th april 2017 and as of now (18th june 2017) nothing is done by toshiba.
They should have shame on themself. I did many calls at the customer care and customer care tells me to call shyam (Manager) who never picks the calls. I have called him atleast 1000 times. It seems he is only handling the toshiba company in the world, he never calls back if you call him 10 times at the same time. Wow what a manager.
Luckily he picked my call on 15th april and he sent someone...

I would like to bring to your attention that the tv model (32l3300ze), serial number (E05x18h00682l1), which i purchased on (14-10-2014) from (Online) and the registered phone no is 7810991476 seems to have had a problem in display it is not coming for visible.

I have call logged on 12th may 2017 (Friday) complaint id is sr5i0008017 till nobody visit and fix my issue after a week i again call logged the same issue but no luck.
Till nobody come and short out issue. Till i have 6 month warranty...

Toshiba India — Canvio hard disk

Poor service at its best.
I purchased canvio hard disk 1tb on 6 july 2016. After 10 months the hard disk stopped working. The product is in warranty still i am not able to get any help from your service centers. None of them is willing to help me. I even went to the shop (Vicky electronics, patiala) from where i purchased it, they don't even bother to help me out. I request you to look into this matter and provide me with an executable solution as soon as possible.
