Regarding display issue

Toshiba QLED TV not working - 43E38RP-2025 model

Sir

I purchased a Toshiba TV 43E38RP-2025 through Flipkart on 4th July 2025. Refer invoice # FAU9PO[protected]. From 14th Sept 2025 onwards the TV is not working, line gets trip off while switching TV.
Please do the needful to repair my TV as soon as possible.
Raised a complaint through toll free number and e-mail address.

This with regards to the complaint launched several times with regards to the purchase of a Toshiba TV 164cm(65 inches) TV C450NP Series 4K Ultra HD Smart QLED TV65C450NP(Black) | B0D3XC2HMN (B0D3XC2HMN), HSN:85287217, order date[protected] and invoice date[protected].through Amazon. the first complain was registered on January 20th and since then many complaints both written and oral complaints to the customer care has been placed but there has been no response so far to these emails. Orally we have been assured a replacement of TV by the technician and the customer care cell. But there is no response from the designated authorities to this. How long we have to wait to get a response and solution to the problem. Sir this is our hard earned money and for a purpose we had purchased a TV. It is almost a month and there is no response . Request you to do the needful at the earliest

But so far no action has been taken. Meanwhile there was a call from a technician and he had asked to send pictures of the TV, (attached herewith). After seeing the pictures, he said that the Panel and the display were damaged and would discuss and revert. but again there is no other action taken. once again a complaint has been registered to the toll free number on 24th January 2025. Still no response . We purchased it in the month of November 2024 and therefore request you to replace this with a new one. Hope the authorities take this seriously and replace the same with a new set. I have attached the Amazon Bill for the same along with the pictures sent to the technician. Along with this I wish to state the after sales service was very poor from your side too."

It is just about two months after purchasing that we are facing this issue. It's our hard earned money and is not even a year too. We request the higher authorities take the desired step to replace the TV set with a new one. I also wish to state that neither there is was a reply nor there was an acknowledgement to this email. Once again hope the higher authorities take necessary action and do the needful.

Multiple times the complaint has been registered through email, customer care as well as through technician, who says there is a problem with the TV. But blindly we got a mail saying that the complaint has been resolved .We want a replacement for the TV. Hope the authorities respond and take necessary steps

    I had purchased a Toshiba 55 inch ultra 4K online from Amazon in may’23The model number for said TV is 55C350LP.

    The above television started showing a black spot on the left side of screen around 21st-22nd Oct’23.

    This got heated up and the screen started showing lines.

    When I touched the black spot the screen was so brittle due to heat that cracks started appearing .

    I got the call registered at Toshiba call Center and technician visited us, examined the issue and confirmed that it’s a screen burning issue. The TV was even taken to his service center to revalidate and he confirmed his report of burins issue .

    However to my utter surprise and shock, when I am contacting the technician and call Center, I was told my call has been closed by Toshiba company as a damage case…….this is 4th the complaint has been cancelled .

    This is not at all acceptable to me because had there been a damage there would have been some physical mark or impression, Moreover a wrong reason is being given when the authorised technician has thoroughly examined and confirmed the case as burn issue for overheating .

    Toshiba / Hisense are fooling consumers and covering up for their quality

        I bought a refrigerator last year and intended to get general service, but there was no proper customer care number listed in Google. I eventually found one number,[protected], but it was of no use because they said there was no general service for refrigerators and that if there was a problem, we should file a complaint instead. If we needed service, however, it would be considered paid service.

        When compared to other brands, they do offer general services. We were unable to comprehend their procedure because they do follow their own set of guidelines. However, general service is a must for household equipment, isn't it?

          I purchased 661l Toshiba refrigerator but only after 20 days it stopped cooling. When I called their customer care they said no one will fix your problem do whatever you want and go complain. They were highly unprofessional and rude. On contacting the shop from where I purchased they were helpful enough to arrange a technician from the company who said that the PCB has some problem and needs to be replaced. After that no one came and they always replied that the spare part is in transition it’s been almost a month of complaining my fridge is still not working. I am fed up now. After spending 80000/- my whole summer season went without fridge. Highly unprofessional people

            I have purchased Toshiba tv in Flipkart on 06 Aug 2022. Its under warranty. 3 weeks back I noticed there is issue in display and there is no physical damage of any case. I have raised a complaint in Toshiba customer care. Service from Flipkart visited took all the photos and videos and confirmed me no physical damage they would sent the details to Toshiba. After 1 week I came to know that the claim made by Jeeves rejected for no reason. I have again called customer care and raised the issue now its pending for 20 days from initial complaint time. I regret buying this tv. Request you to check the issue at the earliest and send the requested spare parts as soon as possible and get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

                I purchased a LED of TOSHIBA company against above invoice with 2 years AMC, now I am facing some problem with the LED and have lodged complaint with your service center on 11th June 2023 vide complaint number LED108cm43U5050 UHD S.

                Inspite of passing 13 days an even after continuous follow up no one has turned up till now.

                If you can't arrange the visit and necessary repair work, please refund my AMC amount, I will get it repaired from outside.

                    To begin, the Toshiba fridge I purchased from your store has turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment it was delivered, it exhibited multiple faults and defects that render it practically unusable. The cooling system is unreliable, causing inconsistent temperature fluctuations that have resulted in spoiled food on several occasions. Moreover, the fridge give a burning Smell & both the sides are always hot as hell, allowing cold air to escape and resulting in excessive energy consumption.

                    But my grievances extend beyond the faulty product itself. The level of service I have received from your company has been nothing short of abysmal. Each time I attempted to seek assistance, I was met with indifference, incompetence, and a complete lack of ownership. The multiple service calls I made were met with delays, rescheduling, and, ultimately, a lacklustre attempt to rectify the situation.

                    What truly astounds me is the complete lack of ownership displayed by your company in resolving this matter. Instead of taking immediate action to address the faults and provide a suitable resolution, I have been subjected to a series of excuses and blame-shifting. This lack of accountability and responsibility is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

                    I must emphasize that I have been incredibly patient throughout this entire ordeal, but my patience has reached its limit. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter, which includes a full refund for the faulty Toshiba fridge. Furthermore, I expect a formal apology for the inconveniences caused, as well as a concrete plan to rectify the issues in your customer service department to prevent such mishaps from occurring in the future.

                    I want to make it clear that I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further if it is not promptly and adequately addressed. I am prepared to share my dreadful experience with family, friends, and through online platforms, exposing the complete lack of quality control and customer service exhibited by your company.

                    I look forward to your urgent response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter within the next five business days. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action and report your company's misconduct to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

                      I have purchased a Toshiba 55 inch LED Smart TV on October 2021. In September-mid this year, when the product was still under warranty, I have raised a complaint regarding the screen panel showing uneven black spots on a white screen and uneven pixel lighting bands when viewed against a dark/black background.

                      After a couple of technician visits and a month of repeated follow-ups, Toshiba finally replaced the original unit with a replacement unit on October 22nd, 2022. This time, even the replacement unit was found to be suffering with a similar issue but on different areas of the screen. I brought this to the attention of the visiting technician at the time of installation and he asked me to raise another complaint regarding the same. After a couple of technician visits to my place, I was assured that the replacement unit will be taken back within the next 4-5 working days and that I will be getting another new unit.

                      Over the course of next few days, and repeated follow ups, I was constantly assured by the Toshiba customer care that the request was still in progress, approval had been obtained and that I can expect a few days delay in delivery (those 4-5 days of assurance never really came as during every other follow up call, Toshiba customer care kept on repeating the same statement time and again).

                      During this time, even the warranty got lapsed owing to Toshiba's never-ending delays and something which was of concern to me. However, repeatedly Toshiba customer care kept on assuring me not to worry as the delay was from Toshiba's end.

                      Now, even after 20-30 odd calls with the Toshiba customer care, repeated escalations to the higher authorities at Toshiba and a delay spanning 2.5 months, the issue still stands unresolved. Additionally, now Toshiba customer care has also started citing the Out-of-Warranty coverage of my television set (to which I have to start narrating the whole story right from the very beginning).

                      Till this day, the issue stands unresolved and seeing no other alternative to escalate the matter, this is possibly the only alternative left for me to raise a complaint against Toshiba's pathetic customer service as well as churning out faulty/defective television panels to the customers with poor-grade manufacturing. With the end-result that customers will ultimately give up all hope after spending countless hours and sacrificing mental peace, time and money on not only their low-level products but also the pathetic and mentally harassing after-sales customer service.

                            It’s been 6 days that am continuously trying to get in touch with Toshiba for fixing my newly bought refrigerator
                            The customer care states the service centre will call me.
                            But no one calls.
                            If I call the service centre no one picks the call.
                            The service advisor of excel service centre Mumbai not answer properly.
                            I have made such a big mistake buying and trusting Toshiba.

                            Never buy a Toshiba.

                              I purchased one TOSHIBA U50 Series 43 inch tv on 19.09.2020, Today the TV switched off automatically and the screen went off . Not switching on and no display is coming .It is fully black. I have promotioal offer of 4 years warranty for my tv as i have purchased TV on 19.09.2020. The promotional offer was given for the purchase period of 18 to21 sep 2020. I want to claim the warranty offer. I have attached the special warranty offer with this Kindly do the needful .
                              But ur Toshiba led service division is asking the soft invoice copy of my product..i couldn't get/download it..
                              Kindly instruct them to check my TV's real problem..

                              In their first visit they told that it was a panel problem..how they are telling that the board is having problem..
                              Now they are not confirming the problem whether it is mother board or panel problem.
                              If panel is ok they can check it by using a fresh mother board..
                              For checking that problem also the service personnel from jeeves is expecting the approval from his superior...
                              They can simply carry a board to my house and confirm.
                              But they are denying..
                              I think they are not at all ready to do service..
                              Very worst behaviour from Toshiba and Flipkart service ( jeeves ).

                              They are totally making me frustrated for 10 days..
