[Resolved]  letters — Non delivery of any kind of letter from post service

Sub: In order to know which post office will take care of our mail service.



Dear Sir,



My self Bhavesh R Kadia and I have been residing at 19, Shree Ram bungalows, Near- Manohar villa chokadi for 4 Months. It’s a newly developed society and there are 10 families are residing out of 80 bungalows. I am writing with reference to above subject that I am not receiving any type of mail and subscribed documents on given address at all and all documents and mails are returned to the senders. In this connection I made calls many times to the all concerned and mentioned below post offices but they are telling this area doesn’t come under them and always refused the request. I am suffering this problem about 3 to 4 months. Also none of post office is able to tell that what is the pin code and who will take care of mail service of this area.

So kindly Please be advised that what should I do?

I am requesting that kindly investigate this matter and take all appropriate action to resolve this complaint. I have given below information about my address in accordance with your procedure. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until appropriate action.
