Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Dear Sir,
It's pathetic to note that some of the letters that are being sent to 23 Abhinaya Enclave, B Block, 4th Cross Street, Thanikachalam Nagar, Chennai-600110 are lost in transit and not being delivered. A letter (non-registered) containing a First Class/Ac Free travel Pass was sent by the Railway authorities from Kollam (Kerala) on 17.02.10 to my residence at the above said address but upto date I haven't...

Dear Sir,
My Dad had send two registered letters on dated 08/08/2009 at 9.43AM vide receipt number RLAD A 5820 and RLAD A 5821, from Alwal Post Office, Secunderabad -10. But up to now we didn't whether the registered letters delivered or not. If delivered where are our acknowledgements, they shoiuld reach us as they were delivered to the concerned addressee. We need those acknowledgements which is mandatory.
