[Resolved] Levi's — bad quality of print | |||
I had bought a t-shirt from Levi's worth Rs1299/- and in just 3 washes the embroidery on it started to come out. When I reached the Levi's store and asked for a replacement, the R.O. said that it wasn't a genuine fault and thus it cannot be replaced. It was shocking to hear this, I mean a person spending so much money on a t-shirt only to see it getting damaged in just 3 washes. Please help! Levi's — color of new shirt gone

Levi's — Poor Quality of goods
i and my friend bought a pair of Levi's boots 3 months ago from Kolkata. I wore it for 3-4 times and its heels have gone for a toss. On the other hand my friend never wore it and it has already started showing its colours.We went to the Levi's showroom at Koramngala Forum (Bangalore). They kept the shoes for a month and after that they say that you have to go to Kolkata and they would look into the matter.
Can anybody suggest what to do.
