Products were clearly showing to be eligible for return but as soon as I placed the order soon after that option just changed to Exchange only. I have ordered 2 sizes to keep the best fit me. Now I am struggling to return the other one as no option is showing on app and more importantly no one from customer care is responding to any emails nor their customer care number is responsive.

It’s been more than 2 months that my return package was picked up and yet the refund amount has STILL NOT been paid back to me. I returned 2 jeans as both were too loose and did not fit. I followed all protocol while returning the product, checked that the delivery boy had proper photos of both products he was there to pick up and also gave otp.

I have ordered two highwaist jeans from levi's India on 27th November 2023 but got a Mid Waist jeans means different style. So very next day I raised a return request and my product was picked up successfully on 1st dec 2023. And sent back to the seller after 2-3 days I received a return confirmation email as well. I have sent a number of emails to Levi's India customer care on their email add - [protected]@levi.in but they didn't reply...

I've ordered 4 items from the Levi's website and got only 3 of them in a single package. Waited for the 4th one but it is showing as 'delivered' in the order section. I wrote an email to the customer care. They have audacity to tell me that I haven't responded to their email when it was me kept writing emails asking about updates. My order is prepaid so, my money is gone and no product or atleast update from them. Worst customer care possible!!...

These people said that the pickup company didn’t record my pickup but now it has been and that they will refund me but now it’s been a week ! There’s been no refund and as usual they don’t pick up calls and reply to msgs ! These people are petty thieves and will contact my lawyer now to make sure I sue them ! They have one of the worst customer cares in the world ! These people are big time looser please never buy from their website...

These people picked up my product and never refunded me ! They marked it as not recieved and when I complained they sent someone again and then marked it as not recieved and have already sent me emails saying they r have received it and asked for my bank details and never refunded me ! So now they are not even responding to my emails and have marked the product as not received although I already returned it on 31 July ! They probable lost...

I’ve returned a T-shirt I brought a month ago these people marked it as not returned ! Took my bank details said i will get my refund and one month later they haven’t refunded me and marked my product as not recieved ! I bought a pair of jeans from Levi's, Pacific mall, Tagore garden. I wore it and went out. I found it has started bleeding color and the color has got onto my shoes and other clothes too. I spend money on travelling to go to the store again and even on dry cleaning my jacket and after I complained about all this at the store they gave me a slip and now it has been 13 days, I still didn't get any kind of compensation nor I got refunded. I had ordered a jeans with 29w but was instead delivered a 26W and as there is no replacement policy, i had to initiate the return of order IND[protected] and it has been more than a week the product has been picked up but the company hasn't initiated the refund, their toll free number is inoperative and they don't reply to mails. Even the chat support does not work, i don't understand how a premium brand have such a pathetic customer support...

Hi Team,
I recently purchased black denim premium quality jeans of 6k. Within 1 month on first wash and that too washing inside out fades color and white spots are seen on complete jeans
There is no way to remove those spots.
If leavis premium product is also facing this issue,
then what is use of purchasing premium product from levis
I want replacement for levis jeans otherwise I have to raise a consumer...

1- I ordered a jeans on 03/05/2022from Levi's official site only and order no for that is IND[protected] and ordered under COD payment mode but because of size issue, I returned it on 06/05/2022,
2- on same day with different size I again ordered the same jeans with upi payment mode but the order didn't placed due to technical issue but amount deducted from my account.
Both issues I discussed with customer care on phone call...

Staff name krutika manager of levis Panaji goa branch differentiates between customers and speaks with attitude and zero knowledge of levis policy. She says customers r fat and hence thighs run against each other and such costly pants tear within not even 3 months. She is arrogant, rude and mannerless to her staff too....
