refund not received for failed transaction on levis india website

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a complaint against Levi’s India regarding a failed online transaction and the subsequent non-receipt of the refund.

On 3rd September 2025, I attempted to place an order on the Levi’s India website using my ICICI Bank debit card. The transaction was initiated through my registered Levi’s account:

Sale tactics - no response from customer care

Order - 1074703

Products were clearly showing to be eligible for return but as soon as I placed the order soon after that option just changed to Exchange only. I have ordered 2 sizes to keep the best fit me. Now I am struggling to return the other one as no option is showing on app and more importantly no one from customer care is responding to any emails nor their customer care number is responsive.

Order ID 649048-s019784 was delivered on 30 May 24. This order was returned by generating a return ID RET55296 by Ranjita. I have coordinated with customer support team from Bangalore Karnataka and have sent daily emails and calls. Coordinated with Vinayaka Bhat, Maria Alex, Pavitra and Ranjita. It's been a month they are checking on this and have not given me a refund. I have shared bank account details. Screenshots and everything possible still they are adamant to not give my money. I don't have the product neither the amount.

    I must emphasize the urgency and importance of my inquiry. I am reaching out regarding my recent order, #608247, placed on March 28th, which has yet to reach me.

    Upon tracking the shipment, I was dismayed to discover that the order has been misrouted. This is deeply concerning and has left me feeling cheated, particularly considering the lack of response despite multiple attempts to seek assistance via email.

    I implore you to address this matter with the utmost urgency. Could you kindly provide me with an immediate update on the delivery status and outline the steps being taken to rectify this misrouting?

            Dear sir

            It is to inform you that i had ordered 2 items from your site on dt 5 jan 2024. My order no is 528868. I received my order on 7 jan 2024 but when i opened my packet i found only 1 item inside that packet. The other item was not there. I had made full payment to delivery boy but recieved only 1 item. So you are requested to resolve my issue asap.

                    i abhi kataria resident of sriganganagar rajasthan purchased two denims ie black 511 and other one is blue 513 which in the span of 90 days is worn out like theese two have been worn in years, i have been a fan of your fitting and finish but this time the same cannot be said deeply saddened to see that jeans just 90 days old the black jeans is totally worn out and blue jeans is worn out in a specified region sad to see that a jeans which normally which costs 4000 to 4500 each

                        I had ordered 2 pairs of Jeans from your website, but both had fitting issues. So, I raised a return request for both.

                        Order no 518152 - Return request was raised on 29.12.23 and it was picked by your delivery partner on 30.12.23. The refund has not been credited yet.

                        Order no 518225 - The return request was raised on 29.12.23, but it has not been picked up by your delivery partner yet.

                          I boight a jeans of Rs 1619from official indian
                          Website of Levis. Due to size issie Ihave returned the jeans but no refund has been provided since 13th December 2023. Reached out to online customer suppptt and emailed on yhe provided email Ids but received no response. Unable to reach out to any agent. The screenshots are attached below for reference. Request uoi to please address the isaie and provide a refund.

                            I had placed an order with Levi's on October 2, 2023, for which i created a return. Order number is IND[protected] and return order number is INDRS[protected]R1. I had also submitted my bank account details to them, in response to the mail I received from Levi's to get a refund, as my order was on COD. It's been more than two months but still there is no refund received. I had written multiple mails to their customer care but haven't received any reply from them. Now my Levi's account says that item is non-refundable, if it was so than how the return ID was created by them, and order was also picked up by their courier service and I was also provided with a return ID, for which I received a mail that I'll get my refund in 5-7 working days.
                            Kindly help me in this regard.
