Myself Vishal Rami. I am LIC Customer but now i am not satisfied with LIC service...they are not send my policy no.[protected]...Policy due date is 02/2009...till i have not received my policy due detail...& when i am going at ahmedabad office..they are include late fee..., I am ready to give late fee. But the thing is that why they are not sending due date receipt, yet i am not received my policy due date receipt, & second thing Ahmedabad LIC office timings are started from 11am...& Customer are also working & Customers are also doing a Job...so please change official timings of LIC 9 am. So customer can't wait...so kindly request to LIC, first give best service to customer...not only me Everyone. Was this information helpful? |
