My Money Back LIC policy No. is[protected] & Branch Code - 26A situated in Auraiya, Division Agra (U.P.). The money back of Rs. 20, 000=00 was due in June'12 and I have not received the cheque so far.
On enquirying over phone, I was informed that cheque for Rs. 20, 000=00 was sent on 30th June'12, which I have not received so far. Kindly investigate and arrange to send revalidated cheque to my address as per your record immediately and inform me.
