[Resolved] Lic Health Protection Plus — Neutral/Casual Approach towards Policy
I was willing to purchase a policy Health Protection PLUS from LIC for which I contacted an agent Name Chandan Jha at Kamla nagar branch of LIC. But to my great surprise its more than 15 days I am not able to get any status of the Same.
First and foremost no details whatsoever was available about this policy on LIC website, while there were many hidden terms and conditions, even then when I tried to purchase this policy through agent, I got to know that everybody in the Branch was least concerened about this policy, as they themselves were in a mood not to sell this policy, since frequenct claims expected in this policy could be a headache for them.
I request LIC to tighten its employee/agents as this habbit of selling the policies more profitable to agents, will certainly put adverse affect future buisness of LIC>
