[Resolved]  Lic Home Finance Omr Branch Chennai — Unprofessional behaviour and Worst service

It was long story that we have decided to approch LIC home finance OMR branch chennai. Being impressed by the Low interst rate, I approached this office on March,2012. In Tamil we say 'AAAPPU" ( Big Tunnel). I bought AAPPU at my own cost. You can go this branch and if you meet agent kamalakannan, then u can count your end of days. He will smile and look at your eyes closely while talking and judge us in in 10 Min.
He gave list of documents and if you submit again he will ask for same list of documents. He will find all the possiblities of your negative points( though it is positive one). He will also tell he cleard all the negative point with his own risk. i got irritatted when he say my land documents are missing, and he corrected it. He will promise that you will get sanction letter within this week. He repeatedly say this word for 3 months. :).

After heavy fighting i got sanction letter. where the tenor and loantype ( fixed or floating) is automatically filled by him without consulting us. if any changes , if you pay 10000 he will fix it. :)

Climax is , when i asked for payment he informed that i will get only 8% initially that is 8 laksh where i have to give 6 lakhs to land loan. He ordered us to pay 1% of loan amount so that he will release the payment of 20% immediately (AFTER 3 months).

i complained to manager NANDHINI,but she scolded him ( Kamalakkannan) not to disturb her further .. everything should be closed within him. The agent (kamalakannan) also told us manager is dummy-like. nothing will work out.

SO IT PEOPLES who are working in OMR , Chennai. Please dont go this LIC home finance for home loan.

They will pay you when you ALMOST DEAD.
