[Resolved]  LIC Housing Finance Ltd — REFUND OF PROCESSIONING FEES

Dear Sir,
I was process my housing loan through a agent of LIC housing finance ltd Pimpri Pune. LIC HFL was charged
130000 INR as processioning fee after checking of all the relevent documents & confirm that loan will be take over from existing bank.
But after all the formalities back office of pimpri pune rejected the file due to undisclosed reason & not refunded
the processioning fees after passing 04 months.

4963 INR as processioning fee after checking of all the relevent documents & confirm that loan will be take over from existing bank.
But after all the formalities back office of Delhi rejected the file due to undisclosed reason & Deny to refund the processioning fees.

Respected Sir,

On Jan, I had apply for loan of amount 10 lakhs. On 19.01.10 (ref. File no.411661) you sanctioned loan amount only of Rs.7, 40, 000 /- but still I had given processing fees by cheque and cleared my bank account.After clearing all formilties, yet I had not received sanctioned loan amount.

So, please refund my processing fees.
