[Resolved]  LIC Housing Finance Ltd — Housing loan

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have applied for a loan amount of Rs.18 lacs last month. I have paid a 50% amount on the total processing fee i.e Rs.5515/- vide the cheque no.310834 dt.20/7/10 drawn on Andhra Bank, Mylapore, Chennai - 4.

But I came to know that only Rs.16 lacs is sanctioned for me. With this I will not be able to purchase the flat and hence I have dropped the project.

I request you to kindly refund my processing fee amount at the earliest. I need the fund very badly as my father is in serious condition. He needs to undergo an operation immediately. I request you to kindly consider my case as a special one and do the needful as early as possible.

I am availed housing loan in 2004 and my loan account No is [protected] (application no.[protected] from LIC HFL Kozhikode at the rate of
8% floating. since inception i am not getting correct outstanding statement. outstanding amount showing in the EMI challan is not correct. They
are simply increasing the rate of interest and EMI period without my consent. Their services are totally poor. At present the rate of interest is
11.45%. I am 8 years old sufferer of LICHFL. When LICHFL has declared reduction in interest rates in press conference then they have not
specified for old loan holders. But when they increase rates for old and new both then they should decrease in the same manner for old and new
loan holders both. Sir please look into the matter and let me know latest position of my loan. Sir please note that i am public sector employee
and remitting EMI regularly since inception without fine.
