Previously i have registered for online premium payment.
but i forget my user i d and password.My previous e-mail address has been changed.Presently my user I D is<[protected]@gmail.com>
Kindly give me guidence for REGISTERING MY POLICIES WITH NEW USER ID AND PASSWORD through present E-mail <[protected]@gmail.com>for further online transactions and policies payments, for which i should be thankful to you .

Please go through forgot password link and provide the Date of Birth and User Id, I[censored] doesn't know the user id, check your personal email which was provided in the time of registration. there you can get a confirmation mail from LIC with user id.

If you forgot or changed your personal mail nothing can be done, need to create new user id by register for new user account.
