Sir/madam i had taken 2 lic policies with policy numbers.[protected] and [protected] in august 2012 but till now i didn't received my lic original bonds for above 2 policies. Please do needful in obtaining in my lic certificates

We have got a policy by no.[protected] dated 05.01.2009 in the of Name Sanjeev Shrivatava
Please note that till date I have not received the orginal Policy certificate .
Please forward me the present position and issue original Policy certificate
