LIC Jeevan Anand — Online payment

I have taken an life insurance policy one year back & now my premium is due.
I want to do online payment but i have forgot my user ID & Pasword.
unable to recover my user ID & password from Web Portal.
tried with policy no. as user ID to recover password but not working
