lic / Money back Policy — Maturity claim not received

I Shankar Singh Khangarot policy holder by your policy No.[protected] (money back) as salary saving scheme. My all premium against this policy has been deposited through salary . The policy has been matured on August 2011, all required document has been also submitted to the circle office, Ajmer in the month of Oct. 2011, but I have not received maturity claim till now. Therefore you are requested to kindly needful action and make sure my maturity claim.
