[Resolved]  lic Money Back Policy — change address

Address:Madhubani, Bihar

i am contacting since one year to change my address, but no one giving response on that. my policy no.is[protected]. I am settled in Mumbai city. in every 5 years i am getting lots of problem to collect the money. i am already send it my all document require. please if anyone can help me it will be great.

In chennai i have taken a policy of money back policy. Still i have continued the same address and policy of amount also paid. So i want change my address to the following address.

Money back policy — Related to Policy Number 121390857

Above mentioned policy is in my wife Neena Sinha's name. We are supposed to receive 15% money back of Rs.1.00Lakh in the year 2005. We would like to know whether the cheque was delivered or not. Kindly let me know the status.
