[Resolved] Lic Of India — non receipt of 15 days free look offer

Over the last several years I had taken many insurance policies from LIC. I did not receive the 15 days free look offer as prescribed by IRDA along with any of these policies. Now, in regard to one of the policies, I am contesting their rejection of my claim in the court. But LIC says that they have sent such a letter . There is nothing mentioned in the policy document itself. How can I prove that LIC is not stating the truth.

At Dhn Mr.Monoj says Pol to be given to LIC though there is no such clause.-at 14.10 Hrs
Mr Gupta unable to give any satisfactory reply even agreed for me to refer the matter to COSUMER FORUM. Should I?
