My complaint in portal NO: 245071 :I paid premium at gajuwaka branch on[protected] for the said two policies. When I approached the bapatla branch for taking the loan it was noticed that the premium is not paid and the policy is in lapsed condition. Please see that why is happened.

Sir, You may send original receipt of payment at Gajuwaka to our Bapatla Branch through your representative along with your letter so that the FUP will be updated. Further, we suggest you to transfer yuor records to Gajuwala for speed and better service as the address for correspondance is also at Gajuwaka. Regards, AO(PS) bo_689

I am not satisfied the response given by the authorities I paid the premium at their branch office then why should I submit the receipt at bapatla branch for the updation of records.
Please guide me what to do
