[Resolved]  Lic Of India — less payment of matuarity amount showing un-paid premium

I am Sri tapas Ranjan Chakraborty of Baripada,LIC policy holder of[protected] and[protected] beg to lay the following few lines of my grievances for consideration and favourable order.That I am to bring your nitice that I have wrote two times to the Branch Manager,LIC,Baripada Branch for settlement of less payment made during matuarity payment showing unpaid premium vide his letter dated 28.03.2008 and12.05.2008 respectively.In this connection I am to write that the unpaid premiums were actually deducted from my salaries and I have furnished all the details of deduction such as Bill no. and T.V.no etc.But since to-date no action has been taken by the said officer.Due to non-payment I am in mental agony.Solicit you kind eary action in this regard.I am submitting the payment details of the un-paid premium as shown by the above officer for favour of your kind information.Gap period-11/2007,12/2007,1/2008,2/2008--Total amount of the office bill-Rs5082,Rs.5302,Rs.5267,Rs.6337/T.V No.2 Dt.04.12.2007,TV no.6 Dt.03.01.2008,TV no.4.Dt.02.02.2008, TV no.5 Dt.03.03.2008 / bill no 183 dt.04.12.2007, 205 dt.31.12.2008, 220 dt. 29.01.2008, 236 dt. 29.02.2008
