My name is Siddique Naved and my policy no:[protected] with agency code:[protected]. i have taken the policy 28/10/2002. this mail is regarging that first agent had mention my name improper, second he had mention wrong address, for correction my address and my name i went my native place but no body is responding me properly. actually he has mention my native place address.
