[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Non Receipt of Money Back Amount

Policy Number[protected] Money Back Policy) was taken by me in 1999 and money back amount Rs 10,000/- of second instalment was due in July 2010. Inspite of repeated request to LIC of India above said amount not received by me. I am regularly paying premium amount.

Policy[protected] / ( Money Back Policy) was taken by me in 01/11/95 from LIC service Branch unit 312, 31 community center, new freinds colony ND - 25. money back amount Rs 15000/- In spite of repeated request to LIC of India above said amount not received by me. I am regularly paying premium amount.

My husband expired on 12th June. LIC is sitting on the final payment against his four nos of plicies[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected] for months long.

Is it the way the primium co serves its customer? How long I need to wait? My one and half yr son and 78 yrs ailing mother in law depends on me, having no income.My agent saying it may take some more months.

Looking for LIC's good wish for early disposal of the matter.
